Avoid at all costs – this is a scam.
I paid for an item that never arrived and received zero communication, despite multiple attempts to chase my order.

I was misled by what appeared to be genuine recommendations in a Facebook cleaning group, which I now strongly believe are part of the scam. The reviews and posts made the product seem legitimate, but this was clearly not the case.

Thankfully, I paid using Clearpay and was able to recover my money after raising a dispute - otherwise I would have lost it.

It’s honestly shocking that this company is still allowed to operate and take money from innocent people. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

Again like everyone else, ordered products and a month later have not received anything. Looks like a SCAM

Ordered two months ago and have contacted them through email, web form and social media and still have no response and no product. Absolute disgrace. Do not bother. And refund me immediately please.

Took almost a month to get my order. I messaged them at least 10 times on their website. Also sent them umpteen emails. Didn’t get a response to a single message or email. Had actually given up hope that I was going to get my order. Was almost going to my credit card company to see about getting a refund if I could. When it eventually arrived. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t let you know why your order is getting processed. Have never ordered from a company that was so bad. Just to warn anyone else if you’re ordering. If I’d checked on here to begin with I wouldn’t have placed an order.

Placed an order 24th January and never received the order. It was getting promoted on a facebook page that when I tried to inform people it was a scam I was blocked. I have emailed them 3 times and messaged on Instagram and got no response! Don’t spend your money here!!

Placed an order before reading these reviews and yes you guessed it no products have arrived and no response to emails sent! SCAMMERS I’ve not put a claim in with my credit card. AVOID AVOID AVOID

UPDATE: so I put a credit card dispute in when this company failed to respond to any emails and then the item was delivered on the 4th February. I didn’t even open the package and wrote on it returned to sender and posted back. This company have now disputed my claim advising I have received the product! What a joke of a business. Please AVOID

Order placed but did not arrive, no response to any emails whatsoever, no refund either. I only wish I had researched further before purchasing. The link was on FB but is a total scam, be aware potential customers and do not give this company your money!

Unfortunately like everyone else I wasted my time and money with this company.
Order arrived nearly 4 weeks after order, by then I had requested a refund from my bank, no reply to any emails sent.
Next time I will check Trust pilot before ordering from Facebook, don't go anywhere near this company!

Only giving 3 stars as havent tried them yet but just wanted to leave a review for people to read. I ordered these a fair few weeks ago and noted the "within 7 days", but even past that date i had still not received anything so done a google search on the company and seen awful reviews about scamming and I was left not hopeful in the slightest! But today I actually received them through my letterbox, so cling on to some hope as I have actually recieved what I payed for despite it being a fair few weeks to do so lol will update when ive tried them out x

I did a bit of online searching, a certain Alexandra Barzey is listed on Companies House as the director of this 'company', (listed as Good SKIN NORTH EAST LTD) and also Scrubology.
A group of people are taking it it turns to post about the amazing results, with obviously fake before and after photos, and even Alex Barzey herself is asking where they got it from!
I messaged Admin to warn them, and was immediately blocked from the group, and can't find it now. Admin are all in it, too.
It's somewhat of a concern as there are almost 2m people in this FB group, and anyone ordering is being ripped off.
If you leave a comment on their posts to warn others, it's deleted, so just leave an angry emoji, they can't delete that.

Scamming company you never receive the items ordered 2 months ago and still hasn’t been dispatched don’t think it ever will. Never respond to emails. Getting a refund off my bank

Items never received, despite several emails sent to the company. My next subscription is due and I've not even had my first order!

Waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my order which finally turned up after nearly 2 months

This is a scam site I paid for my products never received them never had any other communication with them once they had my money. Please don’t use. If you do rest assured you will loose your money. It’s awful that none of us can afford to give our money away and we are scammed by selfish people who pray on us wanting to improve our skin. Absolutely disgusting.

Order not received and despite several emails got no response, do not use this company folks, complete scam they take your money and run

Never received my item after 4 weeks, I didn’t get a reply when I emailed customer services either! Got a refund from my bank in the end. AVOID!!!!

Horrendous please avoid!!! Received one product then nothing more!! Tried countless times to email message and get in touch and didn’t receive anything back please don’t waste your money
