Top of the garden centres
Lovely garden centre. Nothing to much trouble. Plants are excellent and so are the staff. The check out assistant Kathryn always has a laugh with us with a cheerful demeanor. Excellent all round.

Took longer to arrive than expected. Dirty.
Took longer to arrive than expected. Tracking was not updated, even after I downloaded the Shop app as requested. When the vouchers did finally arrive, they were dirty and not very nice to present as a gift for someone. Wouldn't buy again.

Easy and quick to buy even for a 64 year old! I’ve visited these shops and they’re brilliant. My aunt lives nearby so a great present for her as she meets her friends there for coffee !

What an amazing garden centre! Great customer service both in store and online. I have complete 10+ online orders , never had an issue, communications are amazing. Amazing selection of products across a wide range of quality brands. The skill set off the staff is amazing, product knowledge second to none. Really helps when you’re not sure what you need exactly. In my opinion this is what most shops lack, but Chancewater Garden Centre certainly does not.
It certainly is a garden centre I have/will be recommending to friends and family!
Great service! Look forward to my next order.
