Golpe! Não compre! Estão vendendo no Brasil via Instagram e enviam um produto qualquer. Vou tentar recuperar o dinheiro, mas vai ser dificil. Lamentável.

Scam! Do not buy! They are selling in Brazil via Instagram and sending any product. I will try to get the money back, but it will be difficult. Unfortunate.

I, too, placed an order and received an inferior product (in mysterious packaging not connecting the item I received to my order or the company at all). When I contacted customer service they offered me an 8% refund. We went back and forth. I have finally escalated it to my credit card company. Absolute spam.

I've experienced more or less the same as everyone else.

I've contacted Paypal and they have refunded my money so they know about the problem!

They've sent me a plastic chopping board about 3mm in depth.

Horrendous scam, but stupidly accepts PayPal.

I shall be raising a dispute through PayPal to get my money back.

Now operating under Curvegogo via Facebook advertising I was stung also. Purchase meal prep system for $40, recieve $1 plastic crap chopping board. I do not get a reply regarding a refund. FACEBOOK ban the scammers.

I bought a cutting board system "Tidy Board" and received a cheap piece of plastic for a cutting board. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I've emailed them and am unable to get a refund so far!

Like everyone else I was scammed by these crooks. I ordered a meal prep system with a bamboo board and 5 containers. I only received a cheap plastic board. Their response to my email asking for a refund was that they would give me a $4 refund. On a $27 item I never received. Something tells me I won't even see the $4.

With this company, it should be possible to give 0 stars! I love to cook and my wife ordered the same TidyBoard system that everyone is mentioning as a birthday gift for me. And we received the same crappy little cutting board like everyone else. No system of containers etc. Definitely could find better quality at a dollar store. We never received a response to our email for an explanation. It is an out-and-out scam company. And Facebook should block the ads these scammers post to their site.

I ordered the easy prep meal board system and received some sort of tiny, cheap plastic, flimsy cutting board that’s worth maybe about one dollar. I paid $30 for the meal prep system which was supposed to be a bamboo cutting board along with five silicone containers and five lids. The company that shipped out the incorrect product will only refund my money if I return the product back to China! At my expense.

Sadly I didn't research this company before ordering. Currently trying to get a refund for items received which are nothing like their description. I also ordered the TidyBoard cutting system

Total scam with their tidy chopping board. Same as all the other posters, I received a chopping board that wasn't even work 50p. Have raised the dispute with Paypal which shows the parent company as Quanzhou Platinum E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and I found the product that they were pretending to sell (with the very same video) on kickstarter (TidyBoard)

This is a scam company!

On June 3, 2021 I ordered two TIDYBOARD Meal Prep Systems from this company. On the original ad that I clicked on, the website was spelled correctly with two o’s in Good, and not the three o’s in Goood!! I paid $56.967 USD which came to $68.90 Canadian Dollars charged to my credit card. What I received were two small, flimsy, cheap, plastic, less than dollar store quality cutting boards! (12” X 7.5”).
I’m still waiting to hear back from the company about my request for a refund.

I ordered a cutting board with many little containers and I spent 59.00 CAD. Once I ordered it I noticed that there was no email response showing my order was received. The “contact is”on the website is not a link to connect , the email I did find
Comes back “ no email” when I tried to email, the phone number does not work . A week later I received an email saying it was on its way ... so I thought it was ok. Then when I received the package it was a little green cutting board that was so cheap that a dollar store would not have sold it. I think that it is not fit for food use either. I wish I knew where else to hunt these scammers down. I think of the people that have their hard earned money stolen and all those victims of these criminals and I have had enough. I will continue to pursue this . If anyone has any tips to how to take it to the next level ?

This site is a scam. I didn’t notice the extra “o” in the name because I clicked through a Instagram ad where it was spelled correctly. I ordered an easy prep system and received one tiny, thin plastic cutting board. I have received no response from their service email.

On the 12th June I ordered the Easy Meal Prep system I received a mintaure green cutting board nothing resembling what was advertised I have sent two emails of complaint, there is no system to return the product and I havent received any reposnse - it seems like a scam to me - dont buy anything from this company.
