I ordered 2 swimsuits in my normal size but they didn't fit at all. I emailed them and same day was able to return and exchange for another size. Excellent customer service with real people who care about the brand and its customers. Hopefully the new suits fit!

I was so excited to order from this brand. I will hand it to the marketing team because the product looks beautiful on socials and looks expensive and high quality. The actual product is terrible. Arrives in small, dirty poly bag, with a white size sticker smacked on the plastic like it was picked out of a bin at SHEIN. The branding and packaging is terrible for what you would expect from a luxury brand that charges $128 for pajama pants. The lace bra and underwear set was very cheap material and elastic. I’ve seen better products on Amazon for half the price. They sell the image of luxury, but I guarantee you, this is not it. The fit and size charts are way off and not correct.
Do not waste your money, there are so many brands that offer better than this.

I am 5’6 about 155 pounds and absolutely love this bathing suit. The material is very soft and sculpting!

Only received the bottoms to the bikini I ordered…no top! I have emailed twice. No response from Gooseberry. There is no customer service number to call. Very frustrated. This is my first experience with Gooseberry...not going well.

The bottoms, have zero stretch in the fabric so there is no way without ripping the fabric to pull the underware up over your hips. I weigh 124 pounds I am five foot six inches tall and I ordered a size small, I thought that this was a respected underware brand and now I can see that the brand is selling trash. I will never order from this brand again. Unacceptable.

Just spent $70 on something that doesn’t fit, was never worn and was not accepted for return. Will never order again but stuck with quince that is customer friendly.

good quality. definitely size up because the suit is very tight. four stars only because i'm 5'8 and my torso is definitely long and i felt like it is almost to short.

I really liked the material and overall quality of this bikini. I ordered an XS, but unfortunately the cup size was too big and didn’t fit properly. I’ve bought from this brand before (a triangle bikini) and had no issues, but I think because this is a bandeau style, you need a bit more fullness for it to sit nicely.

It would be great if the cup sizing was adjusted to better suit smaller sizes or if the store did more options with sizing. I also paid an extra $50 for express shipping, which was disappointing considering the fit didn’t work out.

I really like the idea of this brand. It is women and family owned. It is handmade. It is very beautiful and elegant. How just like most great things eventually it becomes about the money…the bottom line. So now i have noticed they are using uglier cheaper white label which. Also you never really know what color, size or quality you are actually going to get. I think the prices are expensive so it should all be equally elegant, classy and no corners should be cut. On a personal note I also think that the brand could use a greater variety of model shapes so we can see if it would look at all good on anyone who is not a clothes hanger. Delivery was good. Order came correct. Quality of product could be a little higher for price.

Charging a high amount for shipping and then charging a high amount for a return additionally is just bad customer service.

Due to travel I didn’t get my return back in time. I asked for an exchange in a larger size and response was they would do nothing. Including exchange. I will never shop with them again.
