Always love the fit of my gooseberry intimates! Sexy, comfortable, and elegant.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size in one of the swimsuits and immediately reached out to customer service and they responded within 30 minutes that they updated my order to the correct size!

A girl named Alice helped me exchange my suit that didn’t fit correctly. She was very helpful and kind!!!!

Not much went right. Item fitted terribly. I am a standard medium and it was unwearable. Then when I returned it 3 things stood out:
1. Had to pay $12 for return postage
2. Only got a store credit, no refund was offered as an option
3. Received the store credit in different currency to what I purchased the product. Ordered and paid in A$, received credit in US$

Bought two colors/styles before a week in PV Mexico. Great choices for a lifetime experience !

This was a really frustrating experience. I bought a few swimsuits. I didn't know what size I needed, so I bought a few in different sizes to try. I wrote in to customer support and asked about the shipping and returns to make sure this approach was ok, and they said there would be no charges for returns, even on shipping. What they don't say is that if you're in the US, you will get charged import taxes. Absolutely nowhere does it say that on their website, and they hide the charge as taxes. Typically in the US you are charged taxes on a purchase, so I assumed (incorrectly) I would be refunded the taxes on anything I returned. HEADS UP: you will not be refunded for any of the tax charges as these are actually import charges. I ended up losing $50. It would be really helpful if anywhere, even in the fine print, Gooseberry said this so you don't get stuck paying for nothing. I wrote in a few times asking for help but never received an answer to this. Super frustrating. I wouldn't risk buying anything from them if you're in the US unless you're sure you know your size. Two stars because the suits are actually cute and well-made.

This was my first order, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

The color of the swimwear was not the same as shown on the website and did not meet my expectations. It looked completely different in person.

After using it in the pool, the color transferred onto my towel and stained it blue. As a result, I not only wasted money on a product that did not match the description, but I also damaged an expensive towel.

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.

My order, a Valentines gift, never arrived. I was told my order was delivered. But, it was not. So far, there has been no action to send a new order or credit my card with a refund. Terrible customer service!

Love the one piece - the color is rocking! Loving the plunge shape for my smallish breasts, the suit actually accentuates my breast’s which I love..

It’s a little tight, but given it a bathing suit - it will definitely Strech out- can’t way to wear it !

When you pay for expedited shipping and get substandard processing it truly defeats the point. Then when the response is meh, I wonder what happened to the company that had so impressed me in the past
