Pancham gets results
TLDR: They put in the work, they listen to feedback, they get results for your gym.
We started with Pancham in Sept 2024. We had previously worked with companies, such as Gym Launch, More Gym Members, some others, and a good stretch of doing marketing on our own.
Pancham offered all the right things in one place: Marketing, Lead nurture, booking, and follow up.
After a slow first month as they figured out our business and demographic, as well as taking our feedback to heart, we had two of our best sales month of all time, followed by the best December we’ve ever had, and are now into our fifth month working together.
They put in the work, and they get results.
We’re looking forward to Pancham being the last marketing company we ever have to hire

Wonderful Firm That I Highly Recommend
I have had a wonderful few years working with Dave Pancham and his team. They are always willing to collaborate, spitball ideas, and try new things. They also help guide me as they are the experts in this field. My CSM Kiana has been especially wonderful. She is always willing to make time to discuss a topic with me and make sure I maximize my ad spend. With the help of Kiana and Dave Pancham I have doubled the size of my gyms from when we first signed on with them. I also like that Dave Pancham is available. I can e-mail him or hop on a call with him directly, or with he, Kiana and myself. I have been approached by other marketing firms and when I listen to their pitch, they cost more, will require a larger ad spend budget, and talk about achieving the same results I'm getting with Pancham. It's a no brainer to me to stick with Pancham, which is why I have been a client for over 3 years now. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would pick that. 💪

We've had a wonderful experience with Panchem since we opened this past July. I'm still in awe at their ability to get leads through our doors, both new ones and stale leads from months ago.
I really appreciate Kiana specifically, and how responsive and prompt she is whenever I have requests for adjustments, and she has given me great feedback when I've asked for advice on promos in our gyms. 43 new members just last month in November, thanks to Pancham!!
