Over two years, I received multiple goplaygolf gift cards. One of my gift cards wasn't activated in store and they said there was nothing I could do outside tracking down where the gift card came from and searching for an order on my own. Customer service offered no real solutions and never offered anything outside of apologies. This was just the beginning of the issues. The merchandise was only available at one external website, and just so have it all of the items are cheaper on many other sites. I finally worked up the nerve to buy a few items and as it turns out you cannot use more than one gift card on a purchase. so here i am waiting well into the winter to have a golf order I expected months ago.

Thank you so very much for the quick and thorough customer service. After watching the quick video, I realized I wasn't looking at Specials. When I did, my mind was blown! I have since been looking for reasons to buy them for my husband as gifts!

I purchased a Go Play Golf gift card through Giftory on May 29th, expecting it to be redeemable at over 5,000 courses nationwide, as advertised. Nowhere was it mentioned that there would be restrictions or limitations.

However, when trying to book a round at a public course, I was repeatedly met with a "Best Deals Only" message, which severely limits my options. This is a complete departure from what was promised, and I feel misled by the marketing.

I reached out to Giftory and Go Play Golf for assistance, but they offered no real help. Instead, I was told to keep checking for available tee times and that refunds could not be processed due to their 30-day refund window.

I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The unnecessary limitations and frustrating process for something as simple as booking a round at Knollwood Golf Club are unacceptable. This product was not delivered as advertised, and I feel completely scammed.

For anyone reading this review, stay away from Giftory and Go Play Golf. Save yourself the frustration and your time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

As a result, I will no longer use Go Play Golf or any services associated with Giftory. I will be sharing this negative experience with others and strongly advising against their services.
