Unfortunately they were unable to deliver. The boosters assigned was not skilled at all. Going negative KD in almost all games.
As an end result I cancelled the boost, the management staff had very good damage control but at this point after being assigned 2 boosters who were unable to complete the boost. I had my doubts.

Pros and Cons
The company provides the necessary services at a competitive price. Among the pluses, I will single out the fact that this company is Ukrainian, and now Ukrainians have the opportunity to use such services without connection with Russian resources, which dominated the market and still dominate even after the full-scale invasion.
Among the minuses, I will point out that sometimes the boosters themselves try to do more by bypassing the instructions from the company and "maintain" 3 accounts in parallel. This leads to delays in work and even unpleasant situations when the customer is forced to adjust not only to his booster, but also to other clients. I do not undertake to indicate the reasons for this, but I think that the reason is the desire to earn more. The question is whether boosters can be blamed for this desire?

Managing multiple accounts at once without proper coordination is indeed not acceptable, and we continuously work to improve monitoring and communication to avoid such cases.
At the same time, we understand the motivation behind such actions, and your point is fair — the desire to earn more is natural. However, it should never come at the expense of the client’s comfort. We're actively updating our internal processes to ensure that client instructions are always followed precisely, and such incidents become rare exceptions, not the norm.
