I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my old rare vintage watch to Gordon House Jewellers for repair and restoration, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the results. The service I received was truly exceptional, and I can confidently say that my precious timepiece is now in pristine condition (for its age)!!
Recently left in a bracelet for re sizing and mending as well as my engagement and wedding ring for plating. Incredible service, both items were ready on the same day. Prices were much better than high street stores I’ve used in the past. I had some stones left over from resizing the bracelet which they turned into earrings! I love this shop. Brimful of beautiful jewellery at great prices. There is a mix of mostly new, but also some pre-owned pieces. Staff are fantastic. Watch battery replacement, strap adjustments and minor repairs are no problem and cheap as chips. We needed a repair to my husbands watch bracelet.
I went to Gordon House to have my engagement and wedding rings cut off. They gave me a really fair price for them. I bought a second hand ring from them and they sized if FOC. So impressed. I recommend them widely and will definitely be back.
They always have excellent service, and treat the customers really well.

Financially 7 years ago I needed help. I took several items to your shop,which included an engagement ring from Lunns, various items from steensons, which were displayed, but not sold after 3 months. However, I had a platinum ring with 3 diamonds, 3.44cts for which I had a receipt from Bells antiques in Banbridge and had paid cash £3,800 You gave me £1,500. In hindsight I should not have sold it to you. I was vulnerable. Please consider who and why items are being sold. Do not take advantage.
