Hell’s Kitchen Dubai- Great food but let down by appalling service
Wow fantastic well presented food but let down by awful service which is such a shame as completely spoiled what would have been a great experience. Our service started really well but then as the restaurant filled we and 4 other tables were completely ignored to the point three tables next to us were left with their main courses uncleared for over 20 minutes without a waiter in site and eventually had to wave to attract attention. Our attempts to even pay and attract attention we’re equally not what you would expect in a GR restaurant, and a real shame after fantastic food and presented wonderfully. We visited for breakfast this morning and completed shambles, this time service was excellent food was superb but they got our food order wrong 3 times, then left the food we hadn’t ordered on the table until we asked for it to be taken away, cold milk for tea requested, hot milk arrived, 1 espresso ordered 2 arrived, avocado on toast ordered, crab cake and poached egg arrived and so it went on. Such a shame as the kitchen is wonderful, staff are extremely friendly but totally disorganised which is such a let down for what should be a great restaurant. Come on Gordon sort them out!

The Narrow in London
Had dinner at The Narrow in London. The service was so slow and two of our meals were taken off the bill. I was disappointed as we had been there before and recommended it to the people we were with. The cost wasn’t really acceptable for the experience and then 15% service was added!!
Saturday 7th of May -
Went today with my daughter, her fiancé my son and my husband to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. What an awful experience from beginning to end. The service was slow and the food to put it politely was tasteless. My husband and son ordered a wellington. I took one look at it and it was obvious that was going to be dry. The macaroni cheese was dry too. My main course was the butter chicken and it was tasteless. Will never go again even if I was invited for a free meal. No discount in the world could take the bad taste away from our experience.
Slow service and the food is basic
Just had breakfast. On a 6.15am flight and arrived at the restaurant for 5am. It took 10 mins to have our order taken. Having stressed a few times that we had a flight to catch, at 5.35 the food had still not arrived and I asked for our bill for the coffees. They ran around (for the first time) and brought the breakfasts a few minutes later. The food was ok but cafe level - nothing special whatsoever. We rushed the food. Nothing enjoyable in the experience. Over priced for what it is - very basic. Not the staffs’ fault - poor training. There are better places in T5.

Had breakfast at Gordon Ramsey’s at Heathrow T5. Had to queue for 20 mins to get in. Once in I found that 30% of the restaurant was closed off and many empty tables. They have 50% of the staff, apparently. Food was ok…quite a long wait.. Don’t go in unless you have an hour plus to spare before your flight.

Horrible
Horrible, ordered wellington, risoto and french fries, the fries were the best part.i’m no chef, and i make better risoto with the box from trader joes.I feel stupid spending that much money on stinky, literally stinky food.
He should spend less time on his shows and more time on his kitchens, the restaurant its pretty expensive so we should receive quality food, like he always claims he does.
I hope he read this and make a change because i made an effort coming here specifically from costa rica…bad investment.
Restaurant ambience is always good
Restaurant ambience is always good . Food is on the mediocre side for the price you are paying unfortunately, service is always good . Need to improve on the dishes.
Gordon would be disappointed
I paid 36.00 for a pub burger with truffle fries at Caesars AC. I was disgusting like a dried up hockey puck. The burger sauce had no favor and Gordon Ramsey would gag on it if he ever tasted it. The fries were cold and the lettuce was so wilted.
We have just returned from Heddon…
We have just returned from Heddon Street Kitchen where we had the beef Wellington experience. Unfortunately the main meal was not to our liking. However the service was exemplary. I would particularly like to thank Fioneza who really took the time and interest in us to make sure that we left the restaurant feeling cared for and happy. We could clearly tell that this was so important to her and and a true sign of a great restaurant. We will definitely be back and this really is down to her - so massive thank you Fioneza
Heddon Street Kitchen - Amazing Staff
We booked a tablet for 4pm on 20.12.21 for my boyfriend's birthday, I called as we were running late.
They held our table for us. We preferred a booth table, asked on the off chance, they without hesitation moved us and the table was ready before we even sat down.
We couldn't have asked for better service and the food was devine. A gentleman serving us discreetly (my partner doesn't like a fuss) delivered a desert to our table without our knowledge with 'Happy Birthday' piped in chocolate. I can not recall his name but please do pass our thanks over to him.
Only thing I would recommend is to go for their offer as it more expensive by not taking it but this was our error.
Covent Garden Street Burger. You are better off on the street which is where it looks like the staff sleeps.
Booked a table for my sons birthday and Xmas eve. When I made the booking I asked and was told our dog was fine to come along. Walked through the hammering rain to get to the restaurant to be told by the waitress in barely legible English that they don't take dogs, I explained we had booked with the dog for them to ask another who said the same. They said they would get the manager who came out and said they do allow dogs but not ours as it was massive, again in worse English than the last one. I explained it is actually classed as a medium dog and as he could see it sat without moving all the time we were there. I asked him why and he said the other customers wouldn't be safe. I explained that it was a £3000 pedigree Hungarian Vizsla that had had another £2000 spent in its training and as he wasn't wearing a face mask over his disgusting looking beard, he was more of a danger to the customers than my dog.
The irony of all of this was, every restaurant we passed in Covent Garden was packed In here, 1 table of 3 people, if my dog did eat them it would barely fill him up.
Being a Gordon Ramsay place you expect some level of professionalism, not 3 staff who could barely converse with the customers and had less brain cells between them than the dog.
Shake Shack was packed, waited 20 mins and had great burger in the market and they even did dog meals and treats. Poke your dirty looking little 2nd rate burger bar.
DISGUSTED AT THE AWFUL RESTAURANT
Giving the 1 star as I can't write my review without giving 1. Gordon Ramsay should visit some of "his" restaurants. The reviews are awful!! Bar & Grill in London 5th December. We travelled from Hull for wedding anniversary meal. Absolutely awful. Husband had food poisoning from this place and that ruined our time in London. Poor Grosvenor Square got the little he ate. Absolutely disgrace. The waiters fob you off with any excuse if you complain!!! They don't care. Undercooked meat. Cold vegetables. Hard lumps of bone marrow in the gravy (waiter said it was normal). They'd basically put a dead baby chicken on my plate smothered in pesto. Where do they get these 'chefs' from? The full lot of waiting staff are a joke. No customer service in sight. Talking and laughing at customers. Over £300 the visit cost us in fuel (Hull/London) etc... should have dined at Greggs or Costa and stayed in Hull. Still... the 1 star is for the memory. Was that bad I'll never forget it. Not a fan of Gordon anymore. He quite clearly has nothing to do with all these restaurants and if he has got something to do with them, other than his name being lit up, I'd take my name off them until you get a new chef and trained staff that act with empathy and kindness and don't act like they're still at kindergarten. Roll on next year, we've booked an all you can eat Sunday lunch in Hull for £25. Cant wait.

We had booking with frend of mine for Sunday 24 of October. We were welcomed by two nice ladies and sitted on table with nice vew at the river. The restauant was almost full still the atmoshere was piecful and relaxed. Our waiter - Emanuele did great job - quick and yet unobtrusive. Freiandly chat contributing the entiere atmosphere. The food was great as well as the drinks.
Definitely a place which we will be visiting frequently in the futre
