Excellent service in Crete. Brilliant value, no catches or credit card required. Helped us in out with a usual pick up location. Out of Season so we got a free upgrade on the car. I cannot recommend them highly enough will use them again

Absolutely brilliant service. Trustworthy, honest and very friendly company. Car was delivered and we were met on time. Car was what we booked and was low mileage, nearly new. Getting car and drop off very easy and straightforward. Cash deal, with no excess, and a very competitive price made this a perfect booking with no problems at all. Go Rent a Car gives great honest and reliable service, at very reasonoable prices. What I like is there are no added insurance extras. What you are quoted is what you pay.
Also Manos is always there at the airport in Heraklion, what ever the time of day and night we arrive in Crete, with a cheery greeting.

Fantastic rates, Very helpfull staff, had the car waiting at the airport even though we were over 1 hour late on arrival at Crete. Car was clean and as advertised. Quoted Price included all insurance cover at no extra charge. Staff were waiting to pick up the car when we retuned to the airport. I will be using this company again where possible.

Good Service, good car, very good, top

Really recommend these guys. No queuing at the airport arguing about insurance; they meet you there and take you straight to the car. Fully comp insurance and second driver included in the price. I wouldn't buy a Chevrolet with my own money and the engine noise was horrible at high revs but on the flip side, having an automatic was great when driving up the windy roads to the Lassithi Plateau. When we returned the car we were met at Departures and just had to give hand over the keys. Brilliant service.

Brilliant, All the connivance of using one of the big companies with none of the hassle. They met us at arrivals escorted us to the car took us through the basics and that was us ready to go. No sales stuff to suck you in or talk of unnecessary extras. on return no jobsworth going over the car with a fine tooth comb, just drop it off full of fuel and go. All for 30 euros more than the hotel transfer price we had the cheapest small car they had trust me in Greece it more than you need as the locals get them self's into trouble enough without needing a powerful car to join them.

Great car rental!
They brought the car to our hotel and also picked it up from the airport departures when we got there, super convenient.
Car was rather new and clean, they also got us a baby seat.

Mano's was very helpfull throughout even with the misfortune of having a small accident. The car fulfiled our luggage needs which was the most important. The only thing was the cleanliness of the car but, working on a rent-a-car company myself, I understand that at that time of the night we were delivered a car that had just been returned with no time to prep it for us.

we´ve rented a car in Iraklio (Crete) and everything was perfect. The car was new (1 year old) and clean. We had a nice contact and we could even change the time and place to pick up the car. Very nice! We can recommend "Go Rent a Car"!

The car was great! Despite the fact that it was Kia Picanto - he managed on greek winding roads! Great company - at the airport lady from the company was waiting for us with our documents and keys! No deposits or blocked funds on the card :) payment in cash on the spot ;)
