gorilla grow tents, You sold me a tent with pin holes all through it. everywhere where the seams and stitching are,( especially around observation windows and all corners top to bottom) you can see pin holes of light coming through I will be writing independent reviews on this tent to be sure the general public is aware before purchasing. To this date you have done nothing to rectify the situation. The big bulky plastic zippers are a little difficult to use and stiff to slide zipper. I have other tents but so far for the price and quality , Green Hut has
a better tent , just not as heavy duty! As of today, gorilla grow tent gave me a choice . Send another 10 or give me a $50 off the purchase price of the tent I have already. I took the $50 and the quick fix which is aluminum HVAC tape. I will tape all the inside seams with this aluminum foil type of tape that will do the trick. You decide what's best for you. Truth be told if I knew this ahead of time I would not have ordered the gorilla grow tent. I hope this helps you and you making your decision!

This tent is awesome and large. I have had several over the years but this is my favorite.

Ordered a 4x4 tent and then canceled it the next day as I had a situation come up those funds had to reallocated for and they refunded my mo ey with in 3 days and did NOT withhold a restocking fee.

I am a new GSI customer and so far I've been very satisfied with the customer service - it's excellent. I would not only buy again from GSI, I would recommend to anyone looking for the best tent and the best lights.

Took forever to get because they import it from communist China. What a disappointment from a “California” company… I’ll be looking for a ‘made in the US’ for my next one.

Their website made it easy to choose the correct tent for my purposes and space restrictions. Everything shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The tent was easy to set up and so far it looks great. I’m looking forward to many years of use with the tent.

A quick note on the exceptional customer service that I received. I spoke with Ms. J**** about some extra end caps for the poles that I wanted to order. Her response was beyond my expectation when she offered to ship the extra replacement parts at no charge.
