I was booked in with Dr Gorkem for a neck lift. And from the minute i arrived in istanbul they did not send me a welcome message or anything, or didn’t even want to speak about my surgery until 2 days before i was due to have it because apparantly they were to busy with other people. So something felt off with these guys and i started doing my research properly… after typing his name on facebook people were saying how he’s botched their faces and not to go with him. so i then typed his name on google and searched if he was on the botched list and he is quite high up on there and people saying how these guys pay for good reviews and followers etc… I didn’t feel comfortable so i cancelled and went with one of the top rated surgeons in istanbul Dr Güray. He told me that Lipo suction would work great on me and a neck lift isn’t required. Dr Gorkem said Lipo wouldn’t be successful on my neck and i require a neck lift which seems to me like they just want more money out of you. I’ve got neck tattoos and Dr gorkem said how none of my neck tattoo would be effected with a neck lift where Dr Güray who i went with told me a neck lift would pull the tattoo up behind my ears which i wouldn’t want!

I would seriously do your research guys before going with Dr Gorkem because they tell you what you want to hear! I believe he probably has done some good surgeries on people but the amount of people saying he’s botched them totally changed my mind! Dig deeper doing research you’ll find a lot and be surprised!!

This is the most difficult review I have ever written, as nothing I could put words would accurately describe the most incredible experience I had with Dr.Gorman and his amazing staff. The DrGorkem experience was all inclusive with surgeries, transportation, and hotel accommodations included in the price. There were no “hidden fees”! I will go into more detail about my experience, but to synopsize my extremely positive journey, I would have to say it was beyond imagination, beyond belief, and beyond my expectations. My entire experience would necessitate “1 million stars to rate my overall experience”. I would not look or consult with any other facial or body rejuvenation clinic other than Dr.Gorkem Atsal Clinic. If you did, you would be wasting your time on inferior treatment with ridiculously inflated prices. I told Dr.Gorkem and his staff they could provide my contact information if someone needed to hear a real evaluation outside of what is written in this review section.

I carefully researched cosmetic and rejuvenation clinics and locations worldwide to find the best surgeon and clinic for my procedures. I researched clinics in the US, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, and Türkiye. The US and South Korea had prices that were in line with each other and for my particular set of surgeries, they would cost $40-$50,000. Mexico and Brazil were less expensive than the US and South Korea.

My research kept returning me to Turkiye for quality at a fair price. There was a general website that put me in contact with several surgeons. I completed the required preliminary information for the website and waited for any response. I went to sleep at 10 PM and when I awoke there was a WhatsApp message from Yasemin at the Dr. Gorkem Atsal Clinic. The message was sent only three hours after my initial contact! That quick response truly impressed me. I read the message and provided additional information and photos of me for the cost estimate and evaluation for any other services they thought might enhance my goals.

The next message I received from Yasemin and was shortly after 7 AM stating Dr.Gorkem had reviewed my history and photos, and his recommended surgery plan with cost. I was extremely surprised at the very reasonable cost for the surgeries I wanted to do at 1/3 the cost of the US! Keep in mind I am a 70 year old male and nature and physics aged my looks. So this was not just a simplistic set of surgeries I needed to restore my more youthful appearance.

Yasemin was assigned as my primary contact person and she was amazing. First, Yasemin‘s communication was more often in a matter of minutes and not hours like I would’ve expected. Yasemin was truly my personal concierge that was always available. Yasemin scheduled my surgery dates, hotel accommodations, transportation, and even helped me with my Turkish Airlines flights! I honestly had to do nothing other than book my flights and send funds for the surgeries! Yasemin did it all!

I arrived in Istanbul Turkiye the day before my surgery. Yasemin‘s instructions of what to do once I arrived at the airport were detailed, concise, and 100% accurate. The shuttle met me at the airport and within 30 minutes I was at the G hotel which is a very nice, clean, and modern hotel with a nice front desk staff.

The following day, the shuttle picked me up at the G and I met with my first consultant, Nilsu, who was so sweet, and friendly. Nilsu was at my side during the entire hospital registration process which was extremely efficient and fast. When I met with Dr. Gorkem, he was so nice, friendly, welcoming and had a huge smile. Dr. Gorkem made me feel relaxed and special and his evaluation of my surgery needs were very explanative and in terms I could understand. Within 90 minutes, I was in surgery and on my way to my reborn appearance!

The hospital staff was attentive and professional and due to an added surgery to my original plan, I spent three nights at the hospital. The hospital was very clean and everyone was so polite!

I had 4 personal consultants during my hospital stay, Nilsu, Sherri, Assia, and Sahar. They all looked like supermodels and we’re soo nice, caring,,and sweet! They visited me throughout the day and evening. Dr.Gorkem visited me every morning to check my progress, greeting me with a hug and his signature huge smile. Dr. Gorkem had an outstanding kind bedside manner but was professional. Dr. Gorkem was was truly awesome and amazing!

In addition to my facial surgery, I had a hair transplant and dental work. All services coordinated by Dr. Gorkem Atsal Clinic. Talk about one stop shopping! The entireprocess was so smooth!

I want to sincerely thank Dr. Gorham and his entire staff for all their attention, kindness, if you’re making my appearance match my youthful attitude. You are my Istanbul family!

I had a deep plane face lift in addition to a thigh lift. From the very y conversation with the associates to the team assigned to me including Dr. Gorkem, the body surgeon and the hair transplant team everyone was professional respectful kind and attentive. The level of care and compassion I received truly made a difference in my experience. Dr. Gorkem was involved in every aspect of my stay which gave me a great sense of confidence and comfort. I am extremely happy will the outcome of all my procedures. Dr. Gorkem and his team are all phenomenal and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

This expierence couldn’t have been any better he has his own clinic with 11-12 Medical team members that makes your journey go smooth .
My Daughter went with me we were picked up at the airport in a luxury Mercedes limo taken to out hotel The G Hotel I was in my own group chat from beginning to end on what’s app that how we kept up to date with pick up appts etc . We had dinner in the G Italy at the hotel and it was to die for especially the deserts we also met with the chef . The next morning March 5 we were picked up taken to the hospital where I had blood work done , ct scan , x rays all in about 45 min from the time we arrived I was in my room ready to be taken in surgery. there was a bed for me and one for my daughter she was able to stay with me for my 2 nights stay and both me and her was given three meals each day . I had around the clock care because of his team they came morning noon and night to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything they also brought us Turkish coffee and tea along with deserts and coffee from outside . DrGorkem Atsel visited me 2 times each day I was there, his bedside manner was a 10 . We were taken back to our hotel apt which included kitchen with full size fridge ,stove top , dishwasher , living room bedroom abd bathroom which included a dual washer /dryer that also had laundry detergent.
We were in need of nothing their is also a star bucks and convienent store and Burger King and 10 min taxi ride to Istanbul mall . All you can eat buffet Breakfast was included each morning at the hotel . I was picked up the 9 th from hotel to Dr Gorkem Atsal clinic where they removed my stitches and did c02 on my face for free inc with the pkg and a led heated face massager to take home , we toured his clinic met with him after and he did my check up everything was great the healing was going well they also gave me a big bottle of moisturizer, spf and anti scar cream . I also got to see him the day we left before we were taken to the airport I can honestly say this man and his team couldn’t have done a better job I have to note if you are looking to get any surgery done make sure you do your research because while we were their we met patients their from all over the world getting procedures done by other surgeons and three patients who had the same lady surgeon only had one person on her team and these patients did not get the after care they were expecting they were happy with their surgery but not the after care . I went to Dr.GORKEM ATSAL in Istanbul, Turkey for dental work (which was fabulous) and a deep plane facelift.
I’m still healing, but I am so happy and delightfully impressed with Dr. GORKEM and all his beautiful staff!
He is a very caring, considerate, compassionate surgeon!

They are such sweet, amazing women!
Plus of course Furkan, whom worked in the office as well…he was so nice too!
I absolutely had the best time ever (even though I was in pain, lol).
Dr. GORKEM’s prices were amazing….plus the G- hotel that I stayed at was wonderful….it was actually a condo with washer/dryer, cooking utensils/maid service etc.
Just fabulous!
The special they offered was for first time patients, Dr. Gorkem’s’ office paid for half my return ticket Toronto to Istanbul, plus the hotel cost was included and a beautiful breakfast Buffet is offered at the hotel,

absolutely amazing experience!
such a professional , honest, dedicated team. i was so petrified before going to have my rhinoplasty, especially because i was going on my own, however, not once did i feel alone, in fact i received all the support and care which helped the procedure seem so less daunting. i am very happy with the results and i am already looking a going back to the same surgeon to have other treatments such as fat transfer.

I have previously written a review pre and just post surgery which I was very happy with.

I am generally pleased with the work, however some areas were not done which i paid for.

I have been flagging this since December 2025. I have been told the surgeon has now left and he done what he could.

I can clearly see the lower back not being done, i have then said ask Gorkem to call me on this which has not happened.

The simple response is the surgeon done what he could do, then i was costed for more surgery which is higher than other companies.

This, to say the very least, is extremely disappointing. There is no accountability for the work.

Advice - if you go here, only do very minimal work as they will not do all the areas agreed.

I’ve waited 11 weeks before doing a review as wanted to see my results to give a true opinion.
I am extremely happy as received my before and after pictures yesterday and quite shocked at how much more youthful my skin looks. I looked at several clinics in Turkey who were all roughly in the same price bracket however, Dr Görkem, we were able to see face-to-face in London I had rhinoplasty some years back but was never truly happy with my results. I had been to 2UK based clinics for their opinion on a revision that was put off by their comment. Dr Görkem made the procedure seem too good to be true after what had been said to me so I was very sceptical. However, I am more than happy with what I’ve ended up with. The after-care alone was completely different with the aim of a very good recovery. (tissue inside the nose) and long lasting good effects. My deep Plane facelift has given me a fuller more youthful face and I also had a lip lift as I thought the mouth area was looking very old. Obviously now I have a good set of lips and the lines around my mouth have gone Dr Görkem’s team are beautiful people. They made us feel so very cared for, in particular Gulce, zaha (sorry for spelling) and Nilsu. Görkem was also very welcoming and they all made us feel that how we felt was very important to them.
We were picked up and driven everywhere by the same Driver, which is nice when you’ve just had an operation and feel conscious the hospital was okay, I found the nurses to be young and slightly inexperienced as we had a little emergency which they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was able to ring Dr Görkem’s team who immediately attended and sorted out for us. I think the language barrier didn’t help, but thankfully it’s only two days there and then into the hotel for the rest The stay.
Having a facelift is something that has changed my life for the better, the day after the Op and the next day are definitely the worst… lack of appetite, some pain and discomfort, but once past those two days, I know I wasn’t going to regret what I had done.
Everyone in the UK sees going into Turkey as slightly taboo but I 100% believe (from experience) that any future surgeries are now wouldn’t hesitate to go back based on the expertise, care and after-care of this company. I have since recommended two friends and even after, communication with gulce has been second to none to the point where she feels like a friend to me.
The added bonus is that Dr Görkem regularly comes to the UK and I have already seen him once I find this alone very reassuring and was one of the major factors in deciding upon this Clinic. We have not regretted our decision, the pricing was fair and I believe Dr Görkem did more for me than he was supposed to, given me a full rhinoplasty instead of a revision.

I search far and wide for a great doctor with a fair price and found Dr Astal. I had a deep plane face and neck lift, and upper and lower bleph on 3 Nov 2025 with Dr Astal and couldn’t be happier. I can’t believe the amazing care and attention to detail I received from him and the entire team. From day one, I have received great support and the after care has been amazing. No matter what, they always answer your questions and Dr Astal continues to follow your process even months after the procedure. I highly recommend CLINISH/ Dr Astal…they are not just a clinic, they treat you like family.

From start to finish cannot fault this surgeon and his fabulous team. Reassured me from day one. I travelled alone for facelift and eyebrow lift with bleph. From picking up at airport to all my visits. My surgeon was lovely told me what was best for me etc. I must admit after surgery I did look like I was beaten up and I was quite anxious but you must just trust the process. I am about 10 weeks post and I actually think I look amazing. I did this for me and no one else so my opinion is all that matters. Would definitely recommend this surgeon and his marvellous team.

I had a breast augmentation on 12.05.2023 with Dr Ayse Kalay.
From the beginning, I was very clear that I wanted a large size (around 600cc). I was reassured that this would be done.

However, after the surgery, I discovered that much smaller implants were used, without proper explanation or agreement from me. The final result does not match what was promised or what I requested.

Another serious issue was the lack of a written guarantee. When I left the clinic, they did not provide any guarantee documents, and no one made the effort to give them to me. Only after I left a negative review on Google Maps did they suddenly send the guarantee documents to my home in the UK. This should have been provided before I left the clinic, not after a bad review.

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. My breasts look small and saggy, and the result is far from what I was expecting or agreed to.

Overall, this experience has left me feeling misled and let down, both in terms of communication and professionalism. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Horrible experience - I had severe complications after undergoing surgery in his clinic an not only did they make me fly back home with a necrosis but they then disappeared and left me to on my own saying that "it happens".

If I could give a 100 star review I would! I came to Doctor Görkem from Utah, USA based on personal research and a gut feeling. My expectations were exceeded in every way from consultation, coordinated travel, appointments, hand holding and of course surgery. I found out that Doctor Gorkem’s name means charming and I can’t think of a better description of the man except perhaps artist and magician. I had 67 years of sun worship, stress and aging on my face along with a triple chin. I had deep plane face, chin and neck and upper and lower bleph. I can’t begin to explain how thrilled I am with absolutely everything. I told his amazing team that I will need to wear a nametag home because my family won’t recognize me at
The airport. This has been such a blessing. The highest recommendation from me! Of course the value was amazing but in hindsight I can see that it was priceless

Last year me and my friend took a 14 hour flight from Los Angeles to meet Dr Gorken Atsal for a complete Face and Neck lift and the results were amazing, this year we decided to come back for different procedures, once again the whole experience was amazing. We felt so welcomed to the clinic and the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank Dr Atsal for such a wonderful experience.
