I bought one of their viscose shirts last year and loved it. On a recent trip I washed it and dried it on a gentle cool cycle in my sister's dryer and it shrunk terribly. Its now several inches shorter in the body and sleeves. Gorman PLEASE ask your staff to warn customers about this as this $199 shirt I loved is now useless. I have many other items of clothes made from viscose and they don't shrink. So sad.

Horrible! Terrible customer service, in accurate sizing, late shipping, I had to spend $49 dollars to send back my order and heard nothing back! NEVER again.

Extremely negative experience with brand. A $299 dress that felt like a shower curtain, you know similar to Temeu or Shein.
I used a "welcome discount".
I sent the dress back using the return form.
It sat in tracking undelivered for a month. No word from Gorman.
I lodged a complaint with Auatralia Post and sent an email to gorman requesting to be notified they'd received it.
Yes that had! 2 days after I sent it. They informed me they refunded the money. They hadn't.
I advised them and I was informed I had a credit. Apparently the welcome discount disqualifies me from a refund. They gave me a code.
I just tried to use it during their sale and its invalid.
Im seriously considering lodging a complaint to ACCC.
The product wasn't as described. I sent it back. Now 8 have no product, no money and no means to recoup my expenses.

I had earrings missing from my order. I have emailed customer support but past experience tells me I have to wait till mid next week for a response and then I might have to chase up again (as previously has happed with an order). When you have to rely on emailing Gorman for a problem it takes a while to be resolved.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery! Sizes true to fit.

Package was not delivered due to “customer unavailable” despite me being home all day. Sent to a collection point but I have been unable to find any information on where the collection point is, and how long it will be held there. I feel very frustrated

Great quality of fabric and design. Sizing generous - judged what to order according to how it looked on the model, so ordered down and it fits well. Would be useful to advise customers how your sizing compares with standard sizing. Arrived on time with reusable packaging.

The customer service at Gorman is top notch, always the friendliest and most helpful no matter which store you visit (and I have visited most across Australia and NZ). I absolutely love the quality and style of the clothing - bursts of colour and beautiful designs, love the fact that they collab with local artists to bring us the most gorgeous clothes and homewares to brighten up our lives.

Gorman always has a large selection of bright, beautiful and exciting clothes. I'm in my late sixties now & enjoy getting up each day to wear my Gorman & all the compliments I get.

Wonderful online service and beautiful skirt

Usually your deliveries are timely. A recent order that I wanted to take overseas is scheduled to arrive next week but will have taken more than 10days and probably won’t arrive in time. When orders from the UK can arrive in 4 to 5 days this seems excessively long

I didn’t receive an item I ordered - I don’t think Gorman is at fault but I have had no response to my email regarding what to do in this situation. It is a shame that it was the most expensive item I purchased as all the other items arrived - it was also something I was planning on wearing to an Easter event, so a little disappointed.
Love all the Gorman clothes I do have though ☺️

Love the scrubs, the material is very durable and comfortable to wear, the design esp the no of pockets works perfect. Love the prints are beautiful,
the colours are great cheers my patients. Easy when laundry them. Most of all the price is really made affordable. Thank you very much Gorman.

Most disappointed when i ordered a new collar and lead for my dog that I got a very cheap looking printed plastic set that didn't even match the quality at the Reject Shop. Not good enough for the price even though I got it on sale. My previous Gorman collar and lead was a lovely strong soft woven material which unfortunately has worn out after several years. Won't trust Gorman ever again for quality.

Excellent product quality, and the size chart is spot on.

These skorts are lovely to wear. Sit like a skirt with wait and tailored to look good with loose tucked top. Fabric is cute just cotton so good for hot weather. Pockets are large and useful and don’t impact the look when you have things in them. I’m a large 14 and they fit comfortably.

Beware nurses! The 50% off for health care workers is considered “a sale” even though it’s pretty much business as usual for them. When you buy their hot and itchy scrubs you won’t be able to get a return.
