Well worth it
To say in words how brilliant the service I have received from Amanda Macintosh at Gorvins solicitors doesn’t do it justice. After two and a half years of going round in circles with my medical driving issue, I was stuck going nowhere. The moment I contacted Gorvins solicitors a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I required the best motoring solicitor for a speeding matter that has a discretionary disqualification. from the outset Amanda McIntosh | Associate
Crime and Regulatory gave me suitable and reassuring advice concerning the matter and a pre requisite was put a sum of money on file before the process started. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and was sent a composite file of the single justice procedure.
It's important to remember that the advice given is based on the facts as they are and the retrospective outcome is not always guaranteed.Trust was achieved with Amanda and as a result - no disqualification plus a fine for speeding but a big lesson was learnt. A professional friend/confidence in a firm of solicitors was gained.

Speeding offences
I was driving from Oxford back to Manchester, admittedly too quickly. I received two speeding charges, one for 100mph and the other for 101mph. I spoke to a number of a law firms who were’t able to provide a real plan of action which lead to confusion as to where my position would end.
Eventually, I was referred to Paul who outlined all the possibilities and ultimately filled me with the confidence I needed to instruct him and his firm.
Paul dealt with the matter hands on from start to finish and allowed me focus on my life without worrying as he ensured me that he had the case under control.
In the end, I received 6 points and no ban - a result over and above what I initially anticipated.
I’d reccomend Paul and his firm, they know what they’re doing and will simply get the job done. They put their self your shoes and offer the exact support you could want during a time of need.
Thank you to Paul and your team. Hopefully, I won’t have to need such a service in the future but if I do, I know where to turn.

Personal Injury
After a slip in a Service Station and having been in direct contact with the at fault party, I contacted Gorvins to progress a claim for personal injury after damaging my knee.
Stuart Biddle and his team were great and took on my case. These things take time, but I was informed at every stage of the process and kept up to date. Phone calls, emails and all correspondence answered the same day, open, frank and SENSIBLE discussions were had.
Today I received payment for the incident.
Hopefully I WILL NEVER need them again, but if anything happens, then I'm happy to give them a shout.
