Seems like a bit of a lottery, depending on who deals with your case. Some people seem very happy, others are similar to us. Just appalled at the way we've been spoken to by our contact. Gorvins was found for me by my mortgage advisor. My case was assigned to the blue team, however I delt with one person. My case handler was Amber Ferguson. We were contacting using the Gorvins app which was very useful. All messages, documents and status could be exchanged and tracked in a safe way. During the whole process Amber was very responsive and answered all questions I had and raised all enquiries, as I requested. During the process there was one aspect connected to source of funds check I found difficult, as the communication was not as clear as I expected, however we managed to overcome it. I appreciate Amber's commitment especially closer to exchange of contracts, which was sucessfully performed on time to complete the purchase on the agreed day. Amber prepared all documentation in timely manner and proactively chased the sellers solicitors. Amber answered all my questions, raised all enquiries I asked about, was available to talk to me over phone when I had exta questions or needed more explenation.
