Gosei or my contact Waleed at GoseiSogyo have been superb to deal with. As a British citizen searching for a Japanese company to handle a car purchase for import they have been nothing but ideal. Every step of the way they guided without being condescending and although in the end I had to go with my gut instinct and pay a hefty deposit which for some would be very difficult, it has all turned out brilliantly. My new car has finally arrived in the UK. I picked it up, got an MOT and have driven it home. The registration process is still ongoing but I'm confident I'll be on the road very soon. The car is in as new condition and is far better than I expected. Equivalent models in the UK are about 40% more expensive. If you don't mind spending a couple months waiting then it's most likely going to be worth it. It really was in my case. I highly recommend these guys.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Gosei. I’m very happy with the car, it was shipped to Thailand and arrived exactly as described and in excellent condition. Communication was mainly handled through WhatsApp, and the team was responsive, polite, and helpful throughout the process. They were also proactive in helping me identify suitable car options within my budget.

The only minor issue was that the shipping timeline wasn’t always very clear, and there was some confusion around additional charges related to shipping. Once I raised my concerns, the team handled the situation professionally and worked to resolve it.

Overall, Gosei Sogyo (Mr. Ken) was easy to communicate with, and their responses were always quick and clear. I also appreciated receiving the auction information promptly, which helped the process move forward smoothly. They carried out proper confirmation at various stages, which gave me a sense of security throughout the transaction.

However, there were some challenges after the vehicle was secured at the auction. It took significant time to finalize the shipping arrangement, and due to delays in the shipping schedule, we had to redo some of the customs procedures on our end.

Despite the time it took, I am grateful that the vehicle arrived safely and was successfully received in the end.

Happened upon Gosei Sogyo with online searching for a particular vehicle. They were able to find more cars and of better quality and grade than what I was finding with the big name online sellers, often at better prices too. They were very responsive and answered all of the questions I had all the way through to the delivery in Kenya. The vehicle shipped quite quickly, as they used an expedited shipper.I would definitely use them again and I am happy to recommend to anyone!
