Awful product. Plasticy, cheap and doesn't work! Is not a branded product, it's a cheap knock off with completely different branding called "Yes!" From China. Their returns page is non-existant.

Crappy product and ignorant company

The product does not work a despite several attempts to get in touch with them, they've not responded. Not happy at all! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Awful product.
Item doesn’t shave properly. Trims hairs if anything. I also found it really hurt my skin. Item is also really cheap like a piece of plastic. Asked for a refund nearly two weeks ago and have had no response. I paid £39.99. Waste of money. I will keep fighting this

Received today, i had bought something similar on Amazon but the product was a cheap copy. I saw a few articles on Reddit saying GoShavy is the only real brand and original maker of these so thought i would try and buy one again. I'm happy i did, great device and soo small and portable. Happy with it soo far.

Do not buy this product, what they are selling you is a item thats is sold on ebay and Temu for £2-£3 for £30. Its a scam if you ask me, they never reply to emails, they don’t do refunds, their site is misleading i will report them for trying to scam many people.

I ordered from goshavy as I heard great things. I had an email saying Thankyou for your order and that is it. It’s been a week since I have heard from them and my order just says placed when I go online. I have email and email and email no response. Poor customer service. Plus it looks like I have lost my money and won’t be getting it back! Poor service enjoy my hard earned money!

Mine arrived yesterday. I’m not sure why the negative reviews. I’m pretty certain they are confusing GoShavy with the other brand called Smaryshavy, search them up. They were known to a copy cat of GoShavy.

Regardless, I’m happy with mine. I feel sorry for their team bless them. By no fault of their own they are getting negative reviews. I hope more people come forward since it’s a really nice product.

DO NOT PURCHASE ONE OF THESE ABSOLUTE TAT
£30 for a plastic shaver that doesn’t work and you have zero chance of getting your money back shouldn’t be allowed to sell such rubbish and it doesn’t matter how many times you ask for a refund they ignore you

Do not buy i received my go shavy 4 wks later from ordered looks cheap and trying to send it back for refund haven't used it and can't seem to get in touch with them to send it back do not order

Terrible product it flashes one when switched on and doesn't even work for £31 it's a rip off These people that sell it should be shut down and made to pay all refunds including mine which they ignored when I sent an email no reply

Absolute joke exact same product that arrived is on amazon for 7.99 i did purchase 2 thinking it waa great only one arrived tried contacting them still no response at all

Delivery wasnt bad. It was delivered in a week. Terrible product. Cheap and the light will have no benefit at all. Do not buy it. It did come with a charger and a plug.

worse company ever! received my order very cheap and one of the attachments does not work. Asked for a refund and they have not responded emailed them numerous times no response such a con and waste of money do not order from them!

Do not order..I never received this item...very Disappointed..they said it was delivered throw my letter box..yeah..well my letter box is slim wouldn't fit a parcel.threw it..would advice to be very careful with this company

The product doesn't do nothing stated on the website, worse than a razor. Asked for a refund, 3 weeks later, no one contacted me. Scammed, don't waste your money.

Awful product that took forever to arrive. It is cheap and flimsy. It does not work as advertised but worst of all the company then ignore you when you are asking for a refund. Absolute waste of money! Do not buy! The company and product are both scams!

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with! Take your money, you don’t receive your item and no one replies to emails chasing it. What a con!!!!

Awful product. Works for maybe 4 minutes before the battery runs out. Trims hairs if anything , not even close to proper hair removal at all. Very flimsy and cheap, definitely not worth the money at all.
