I request a refund and a cancelation to the membership which has been processed.
Although I haven't received my refund I am hoping that I will receive it sooner

problems dealt with accordingly and quickly.

Unfortunately I unsubscribed, but with their customer service you cannot go wrong.

I made a mistake with this site a few weeks ago, today I received a phone call to say sorry and will refund my money, this I thought was very kind of them, more companies should follow this .

I never intended to do a subscription and requested for a refund,at the moment it is being processed and in progress, they are able to communicate timely and fixed the issue

Their Escalation Team was readily available to resolve an issue. I was promptly refunded the amount paid for a fraudulently extorted membership. Thank you!

Issue was resolved customer service were friendly

Somehow this company is taking £12 a month out of my account. Really not sure how. They tell me I have credits but am unable to get on their website - even to find my account to delete it.
AVOID this company.

The promt response I had to a problem that was resolved very quickly

This company poses as John Lewis ask you to fill in a survey, then offer you free Tupperware just pay £2 postage. No Tupperware but they’ve taken £1.95 from my account and they intend to take €45.00 after three days then every month, when I realised it was a scam I tried to cancel but said I had to wait 24hr, obviously so they had time to take the money out of account.Then I had to pay another £6.95 to cancel membership.(which I had no idea I was joining anything ) as far as I was concerned I was just filling out a survey
