Missing items - now resolved
I’ve been a customer for many years & rarely had a problem. This time however my order was missing some items. I sent a message to flag the issue & request either the missing items to be sent on or be refunded for them but heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgement, so originally gave this a low rating for poor customer service.
Following the immediate response on my review & resolution of the issue, I've amended my rating.
On the reply I got, I acknowledge that I could have sent a follow up email on the missing items & given the team an opportunity to respond before giving a poor review - but in my meagre defense the website did state 'we'll respond in 1 day' & it was 3 days before I left the review.
I don't often do Trust Pilot reviews so hopefully the amended rating goes someway to appease & I hope to continue as a regular customer as the products are great.

We note your comments regarding our company providing a service with "rarely had a problem" so can we ask where are the reviews for the positive service you have received over the last 10 years buying from us? The one and only review you leave is based on you not getting a response after 2 working days, due to the email going to a spam folder incorrectly, which we do apologise for. You’re quick enough to leave us a unfavourable review, but you can’t spare the same time to write a single positive experience you have had with us over the years you have been a customer with us? Very disappointing

Ordered a few times and always been spot on with what I have ordered and delivery ..this last occasion I was 1 vape juice missing. Not a big deal tbh but when I reported it I was told they checked CCTV and watched 10 bottles going in the bag .. definitely wasn't 10 bottles just 9 ..9 bottles of the same flavour but the other one I wanted to try was not there ..feel like I have been called a liar so therefore I won't be ordering again

Sorry to hear this issue. Whenever there is a discrepancy with goods received by a customer, we have to revert to internal procedures to check order contents provided. Upon checking, as mentioned, the full order was picked and packed after reviewing of CCTV. We are just asking yourself to recheck the contents of the package as 10 bottles where packed and dispatched. its quite common for customers to leave contents in the envelope/mail bag and overlook there's still a item in there if it becomes lodges at the back of the packaging. We're happy to apply a store credit to the value of the missing item if that remedies the situation. Thanks

Sorry to hear the issue. Looking into the order, i can see we temporarily had a shortfall on the item you purchased so we dispatched the items we had in stock, rather than delay the whole order.
The remaining balance of products (including some free stock) were posted soon as they became available. There was a note in the order to advise you that there was a shortfall of goods and either a refund or balance of goods would follow. Thank you for your patience.
