Discovered factory damage present on…
Discovered factory damage present on the canvas upon delivery. Forwarded photos of 18 inch damaged area. Clearly, the damage was at the factory and not during shipping. In order to return, I was asked to pay return shipping which didn't go over well with me. Ultimately, they did the right thing and issued full refund.
