Although I said I loved its because Ive not been disappointed with other merchandise Ive ordered. But the last item I bought arrived broken. So, I called sent a pick of the broken part and Gossby was very kind to send a replscement. So when I recived the replacement it arrived broken as well and in the same spot. I again contacted Gossby and sent another picture and now asked for a refund which they kindly did. Although this happened twice in a row, I will not give up ordereing from Gossby. Things happen but Gossby understood my frustration and retuned my money back. Things happen, but I wont give up. Grateful customer.

Easy to use website and sturdy puzzle pieces.
Easy to use website. Puzzle pieces are sturdy, not flimsy. Box it came in was not as sturdy as I was expecting but adequate for the delivery. It would have been nice if the box had a lid that came off and could be turned upside down to hold puzzle pieces for sorting. Instead, the box opened on the side and easily collapsed flat, like I was going to recycle it. Oh well, I’ll find a better box for permanent storage when I am finished.

All other experiences were great except with the exception of the skin tone on the t-shirt. I wanted all three to have the same skin tones and did not notice it until I got my package. Product is very good and lots of options for colour and dog breeds. However I didn’t realize the product was shipped from China which would have made a difference in my decision to purchase. Product arrived at Toronto airport and then all tracking disappeared for 10 days but the product finally arrived

Unfinished product
Ordered 6 ornaments and none were glazed. One broke during shipping because they were all unfinished. Just chalky clay. Unfinished and easily breakable. I spent almost $100 on these for Christmas gifts. When I reached out to get replaced, they were apologetic and offered 20% which was basically the cost of the shipping. The broken one was replaced and was glazed as how the other 5 should be but they are refusing to replace the unfinished ones. I advise you not to order from this company. Terrible craftsmanship and customer service. I have spoken to customer service at least 5 times and have emailed as well. Don’t waste your money.

Gossby managed to botch two simple $20 orders in two different ways
I ordered two custom Christmas ornaments from Gossby three weeks ago and the experience was a masterclass in incompetent fulfillment. The first shipment was flagged for counterfeit postage and seized by USPS, and only after I chased support for a week did they pay real postage to get it released—then it was delivered to the wrong address in Texas. The second order showed normal tracking for a week, then the final update was “attempted delivery” to the wrong address and returned to sender. This is not “shipping delays”; it’s Gossby’s backend process failing at the most basic level: valid postage, correct address handling, and successful delivery. Fix your logistics and quality controls, because two separate failures on two separate orders is systemic, not a fluke.
