Edit: Very good customer service. They send me a new version of the product, with print quality where the text was readable.Also I preffered the new more subdued colours.

But this time I think the print quality is down, even thought I've used the same template, with different choices, as last time.

Jigsaw well over priced
I purchased a jigsaw for my granddaughter with her name on. The size was ridiculous for the price $50 with postage. I have purchased puzzles here in Australia which are the same size in a pack of 4 $10.
Yours are an absolute rip off. Don’t buy from these people. Very disappointed.
