go.sweets.co.uk IS A SCAM!! AVOID THIS FRAUD AT ALL COST!! ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!! To prove my point, delivery is always delayed according to me and other customers!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER ‘SERVICE’ limited and lack of empathy!! In conclusion, the website even has FAKE trustpilot reviews.

Appalling scam company

I ordered from this company, but after they took my money, I received no confirmation or updates on my order. Despite sending numerous emails, I’ve had no response and can’t seem to reach anyone. This feels like a scam, and I wish I’d read the reviews before making a purchase. My money has been wasted, and the lack of customer service is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs.

Totally dreadful customer service

Totally dreadful customer service. Ordered 25th Jan order still not arrived. Emailed x 3 no response at all (nothing in spam folder) Chat is a robot - no help and then customer service is a call centre. Needed a 2nd parcel and this did arrive, ordered day after day- empty box. Truly wished I’d read such reviews earlier. £40 wasted, no help or support. This is fraudulent behaviour and I’m unclear how you are able to still trade.

I have ordered sweets for my wedding..

**Adding to this on the 19.02...on Friday i was finally told there must have been an issue with Evri (they had damaged or lost my parcel) so they said they remade my order and sent on next day delivery...guess what...still havent received and my wedding is next week** have ordered sweets for my wedding... over £50 worth. I haven't received a confirmation email but the money has been taken out of my account. I have tried to get hold of someone but it is literally impossible....I just want to know if I am going to be receiving my order or not? But looking at a lot of the reviews it seems doubtful...

Should have read the reviews

Should have read the reviews! This company is a terrible business to deal with. I placed an order and paid the delivery cost for a 2-4 day delivery. The tracking still states Evri are still waiting to receive it a week later. I’ve emailed twice no reply, I called and spoke to a lady who promised to gat back to me, she didn’t. I will now be contacting my bank to investigate. Take heed, do not give them you money!

I want to return some items as the products are very low quality, however I have to chase GoSweets both via phone and email several times before receiving a response. The status of my return request is still unknown.

Ordered over a week ago

Ordered over a week ago. Website says sent next day if ordered after 2pm. Tracking is just showing " we are expecting it" so it's not been sent. I've spoken with the chat on the website which is a robot and useless and I've emailed in a couple of times and nothing. Ordered for a birthday party which is at the weekend but very much doubt I will be receiving them. I'd completely understand if there was a backlog and an email sent out to tell me of this but nothing and just looks like I'm not receiving anything and no communication so il have to contact my bank for a refund. So disappointed

Should have trusted the reviews

Should have trusted the reviews. I expected to receive Bebeto peach rings, what I have received however is some rock hard knock off which doesn't look remotely like the picture provided.

For context the peach rings should have a softer foam on the underside. These do not. They are larger and completely rock hard making believe they are gone off too.

Sadly I would not recommend this company at all

Update: it has now been a week and I have received no response from the company regarding a refund....

Got to be one of the worst sweet…

Got to be one of the worst sweet companies in the UK. Ordered and it took 24 days to turn up in 3 separate parcels all different days , after having chased Hannah up the owner. At least 10 emails . There is no direct phone number it's a call centre number. All they do is pass messages over . When we finally did get the order loads were missing . Bags split . Evri says on the tracking waiting that's all it ever says . I'd rather pay a bit extra and find a decent company that delivers on time and doesn't blank all calls and emails cheap isnt always the best . . Never again would i use these people PROPER HEADACHE COMPANY. if we could give lower than 1 star we would . . REASON BEING DIDINT CONTACT ABOUT DAMAGE WAS BECAUSE ITS TO MUCH HEADACHE TO TRY TO CONTACT YOU . ITS CALLED CUT YOUR LOSSES AND MOVE ON . . AS FOR THE CHRISTMAS ISSUE YOU SAY YOU WERE OFF . YES WE KNOW BUT BACK ON THE 2ND . STILL TOOK 3 WEEKS AFTER . THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE SERVICE ITS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH . EXPECT A VISIT FROM SOMEONE TRADING STANDARDS . YOU SHOULDN'T BE TRADING. REFUND ARE YOU JOKING. WOW . Plus this review is 100% accurate. Also all the other reviews say exactly the same . Can't all be wrong

I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience but unfortunately it is not an accurate review.

Delivery took longer than usual as you ordered just before Christmas and there was a notice on our site that stated we were shut over the festive period and only reopened in January.

Secondly, all emails were replied to, as you state in your review you was in constant contact and we replied to all emails and calls keeping you updated of the status of your order.

Thirdly, you have not contacted us to inform us of any damage to any items, had you done so we would have either offered a replacement or refunded these for you.

Fourthly, we issued you with a refund on the out of stock items and sent you an email stating this which you have replied to.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, but please leave an accurate review.

Delays and wrong products sent

Ordered before the holidays knowing that they will reopen on the 2nd Jan. Emailed them on the 14th Jan as the tracking number still read "Evri is expecting it". Eventually, package was collected the following day and delivered on the 16th Jan. That's a long time, but I suspected maybe they had a backlog because of the holidays, but sadly it doesn't end here.

I received the wrong items. I ordered fizzy cola bottles of the Bebeto brand specifically as I wanted to compare them to other brands. The items I received were different ones, made by some local factory and with a very different list of ingredients. Emailed them to see if they could send me the correct ones or issue a refund. 1 week later, still no reply.

Sadly, I can't recommend this shop.

quick dispatch, poor communication

My order was dispatched quickly but it was missing an item so I emailed to let them know. On 2 Jan they apologised and said they’d refund me, I replied the same day to ask if they could just post the item instead of a refund.

I emailed again on 8 Jan after no response asking whether I could return my refund for the item to be posted as I ordered for that specifically + it seems unfair that I’d then have to spend more on postage (after spending £9.99 already). I’m yet to receive a response.

I understand things can easily be forgotten from orders, and I wouldn’t have minded at all if they’d communicated better, but it’s inconvenient to have my emails ignored for so long and I probably wouldn’t buy from them again because of this.
