Don’t get it! Talk about run around!!
Ordered a transmission the last week in December, 2018 we were told it would ship in 5-7 days. Turned out 5 weeks! Seriously.
By this time my mechanic had to sit on the job several weeks, only to find out the trans they shipped was an AWD. The car is a FWD. They knew this from my vin # and details.
Fast forward 2 months. They finally pick the the incorrect one and tell me “so sorry” we will make this right. The correct one will ship....oh yeah two weeks ago. Can’t get answers, $1,000 and 4 months later. This is the worst company. Taking it to the police, my lawyer and the BBB. Trusting they see this and make it right today.
I’m done!!!!!!
Even sadder. This is my daughters college car which she has not had for the entire school year!!!
