Great quality, prompt delivery, beautiful designs.

The pants I ordered (according to their erratic sizing guides AND even after I contacted support to get help on choosing the right size) turned out to be WAY too small, obviously in Asian size.

So I took it to support in order to exchange the pants for larger ones. They gave me shipping address and I paid about 12 EUR to ship the pants back. However, the parcel was never received on their end so I got it back. Obviously, they gave some non-existent address to avoid exchanging anything. Support does not want to get involved.

The 5-stars are apparently bot-written reviews. Do not buy here, you will most probably be scammed out of your hard earned money.

The Black Heart Sunglasses are gorgeous. Arrived quickly and updates were excellent. Quality was beautiful and I am impressed with GothicMania. Many thanks was a very good experience shopping with you.

The tights are lovely. They fit a little on the large side but the construction and material are beautiful. The crescent moon pattern is gorgeous and I am excited to try and find some occasion to wear them to.

Bought something, was not what I thought, asked for a refund and got told do this and this. When I did it I then got ignored. It was not what was advertised and they do not refund you properly. I was stupid to not go to the bank to get a refund to get my money back.

Received counterfeit goods & had to fight to get a refund. Luckily my bank got it all sorted.

I ordered a pair of leather pants from Gothic Mania and was shocked by how cheap and poor quality they were — nothing like the photos on the website. When I reached out about returning them, Justina from customer service was completely unhelpful and told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself. For a product that was falsely advertised, this is unacceptable. Awful experience from start to finish — avoid this company.

This is a scam Shopify store based in Lithuania which forwards low quality Chinese products. The sizes are always wrong and they refuse to refund. They will give you a false return address and then claim that they never received the return. Thus you loose your money and the item. You should be very aware of this before ordering from this fraudulent website
