Terrible product, terrible shipping, terrible quality, just the absolute worst. Honestly, and I say this with as much disrespect as I can, upgrade your order by shopping temu. I hope the founder of GothnRock gets jumped in an alley, because F them and their garbage products.

Refuse to let me return! It says returns accepted within 30 days. They emailed me back and said I should keep it and they’ll give me a discount if I want to buy more clothes. The sizing was too small. I can’t wear any of it, and they won’t let me send it back.
Too small.
Customer service answered once then ignored me.

The quality is awful, A dress and headband I bought barely look like the image on the website.

The only thing I bought that was of decent quality was some legwarmers, I advice purchasing from another store.

Scammers! Sent a shirt (from China) that looked nothing like the one advertised, material content tags removed. They became obstructive when I tried to return it, offered a discount on future purchases rather than a refund. Had to open a dispute via Paypal to get my money back as they stopped responding when I pointed out a few distance selling rules. Other people on here seem to have had a very similar experience to me. Avoid!

I bought two items from GothnRock, a jacket and a sweater. After my order, they sent an email saying they were out of stock on the sweater, and I needed to pick something else. I told them what I wanted, and never heard back from them. After a few days I then just asked for a refund. Again, no answer. Straight up just stole $50 and ghosted me.

The jacket is low quality, but they marked it up like it was high quality. I got totally scammed, be careful!

The item I received looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The quality was extremely poor, and the product did not resemble the photos or description used to sell it.
When I reached out for a refund, I was told I would have to pay expensive international return shipping, despite the product being clearly misrepresented. Instead of standing behind their product, they offered a discount to reorder which is not an acceptable solution when the original item was not as advertised.
This feels misleading and unfair to customers. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared to deal with poor quality products and limited accountability.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ORDERED AND OF COURSE OUT OF STOCK. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY AS PROMISED.

Took weeks to get my order after constantly changing them then when I want to return the item they have not responded after saying they’ve logged a ticket for my request. I logged this 12 days ago and they haven’t responded. Lots of reviews stating the same issue that they do not respond when a return is requested. Also there produce come from china not America so speaks for itself I will not be recommending to anyone stay clear of this site.

I ordered £100 plus of clothing and a couple items needed to be returned as they didnt met my expectations the coat was thin like a t shirt and the quality was chaep looking. I contacted the company who told me the return procedure, I padded £26 in shipping fees back to China even though it was ordered from UK. 7 weeks later the post man gave me back the parcel because it has been refused my goth n rock. Avoid it possible!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. Their products are not as pictured on their website, and they make returns impossible. I tried to ship my return back to China. I spent $30 on return shipping and the item bounced back. When I received it back in the mail, I requested a refund, and they responded by offering me a 40% discount if I purchased something else, or I could try shipping it back again. I would not be at all surprised if their customer service is just a chat bot given the types of responses I received. I will never purchase from this company again.

This place will rip you off. I got the items ahead of when I needed them but only two of the items I was able to use. Trying to return the other items and you have to send it to China or get a discount on other merchandise. I stupidly opted for the return at own cost, still thinking that I would get a partial refund at least. I sent it back certified mail in October 2025, it is almost the New Year and they are not communicating. Get this scam alert to everyone not to buy from them.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a jacket, and less then 20 minutes later. I changed my mind and wanted to cancel. I sent an email. They sent an automated response claiming a ticket was created, and I haven't heard back. That was over a week ago.
Lesson learned. I got scammed. They got my money. Never again!!!!!!

Don't buy! You get a piece of cheap fabric, looking nothing like in photos. Total waste of money

I ordered a Tapestry coat from this company. It shows that it was shipped on November 29th, 2025. I am still waiting on item December 27th, 2025. Never came. Reached out to the company three times from November 29. They are not helpful. Keep telling me to return my item for a restocking fee of $6.99 on an item I still have not received. Don't waste your time or money. KEEP AWAY!!!!

The supposed large is a child's small...absolutely no way is this item a large in any country

Do NOT buy from this company! The sizing is off… small. And if you try to return it, forget it! It will cost you more than item and half the time it is returned to you and you never get refund. Am filing as a fraudulent company.

Ordered a hoodie for Christmas and they took my money from my account and then told me the item was sold out, but offered my to find something else. Then SILENCE! I tried to figure out if the sent the new hoodie I ordered instead, and they told my it was sold out too. Now I just want to cancel my order and get my money back.

Please don't order from this place. And I paid extra $20 for faster shipping yet I don't a tracking number is been 2 weeks already. Please don't waste your money on this store. Just go to Zumiez store they are everywhere.

Bought some boots. The largest size was still too small, despite being half a size larger than the shoes I normally wear.

The quality was poor, faux leather, poorly stitched with loose threads everywhere.

Very disappointed.
