Charger doesn't always charge my ph and stops working. 2nd time I've bought these and won't bother again. Very dissapointing

so quick and easy to buy and get the product that I wanted. Go To Cable thank you for the magnet cable & contectors so easy to use and swap between devices. Now only need one cable (I have several around the house and my car to use) and I just leave the magnet pin my different devices, and presto it joins. No longer having several cables at the same powerpoint.

They are good cables.
They are great if you are charging & you want to still be able to play games or surf the Web.

I am pleased with my Go Cable. It works well.

Fantastic product, quick shipping. Could not be without my go to cable. No more fitting or finding the right charger. Just a quick wave of the cord and WHAM, its connected, even in the middle of the night. How awesome!

Having purchased a 1 metre cable there are times when travelling that a 2 metre cable is required. The 2 metre cable performed as well as the 1 metre cable.
I also superglued the magnet to my phone connection to avoid losing it whilst travelling. It also made a more secure connection.

New cable & magnetic head have been changed from round not compatible with previous cables.

Has the best tech around at a good price

These cables have all stopped charging properly. I bought a family pack a year ago and one stopped very shortly after. There was no response when I reported it. Using the same charger overnight charging got to 37%. I plugged the original cable in this morning and it was 100% in 2 hours.

Worst customer service EVER!! one of the cables stopped working, tried to contact via every method offered. Finally received a response requesting order numbers which i provided… NO RESPONSE still. Have tried for 4 months!!!

Grandchildren kept pinching our magnetic charges so we decided it was an easier option just to purchase family packs for each family. No regrets they love them.

One cable seems to charge but it's very touchy and the other rarely stays connected which is difficult when I bought them with kids in mind

I've had at least 12 faulty cables (it may be 16, can'tremember total number) over 2 1/2 years... they do not last more than a month or two.
They all cease to "fast charge". Changing to a new head, restarting phone, using a new charger... nothing works, so I use a brand new lead and "fast charge" works immediately for a couple more months.
Repeated attempts to contact Go to Cables gets zero response, just like everyone reports.
Because the principle of the cables is brilliant, I'm now trialling another design and brand.
I've also gifted cables to family... they too have all failed.
I strongly advise buying from someone else as reviews suggest Go to Cables don't know what customer service is and frequently leave you high & dry.
Don't risk your money with Go to Cable.

I haven’t received my order no 8922 as yet ordered on 15 th November!!!!!!!!!!!

Just received an update from “Australia Post” saying they have had a delay in it arriving as they have sent it to the wrong depot 3 times!!!!!

Yes I ordered extras ends for my I phone as one broke pulling it out to put into my nieces iPhone so I was short and ordered Moore and also wall plugs for a quick charger and they turned up in super fast time very good thanks 🙏 I was pleased with the results.

Good product, purchased pack of 4. One was faulty (not working) - thet refused to respond to any of my requests for adviced or provide a replacement.

Will not charge my iPhone 14 + but ok for my iPad?
