Came across Gotraka because I use clearpay so thought I'd give them a try order the items I needed for my computer they came next day packaging was great and secure will definitely order PC parts from them from now on.

Found this apparently new company online whilst searching for niche hard drive. Ordered x2 separately over the course of a couple of weeks. Next day speedy service on both. Following these orders, looking to invest in a Synology DiskStation 423+. Approached gotraka via online chat at 4:30pm on a Thursday. Enquired about last cut-off time for next day delivery and was told 2pm but next message was asking what was it I was looking for, and they would check what could be done. Once I had advised, I was told if I made the payment, they would see what they could do to get it out the door. Next day, ParcelForce arrives with the NAS in hand. This is just awesome customer service. Above and beyond work was done to make me feel special as a customer and they far exceeded expectation. So many companies now don't show that level of treating the customer as an individual and going above and beyond. It seems a young company, with all the right attitude. Throughly recommend and they beat the big boys in terms of service. Amazing! Thank you to all the team - got my project done at the weekend!

I returned my item worth about £1100, and they are charging me £102 for the tax even though it got collected. I’ve never ever had this with any company. Ridiculous.

Very fast delivery, expected it to arrive 2-3 days but ended up arriving next day. Not saying that this will definitely happen every time you order but if it does then it is a very pleasant surprise. They also have competitive prices on average so highly recommend if you are looking around for the best prices on PC components!

Kraken 360 Elite water cooler £213.49 Arrived badly damaged. Had to open Paypal dispute to get money back, as company initially refused to issue refund when item was returned on their own request within a week of purchase—trying to deduct money from me, only to be forced to pay me back the complete refund amount by Paypal. No after sales support: no telephone number on website, no email on site, no address on site, no online chat on site & they send webform responses to your spam folder. Check their mission statement about recycling and repurposing returns, and think carefully about what you are buying as advertised as new products. They are marketing as a green company, but the only green they're interested in has a £$ sign on it. My expensive air cooler looked like it had been attacked by a hammer and a screwdriver, and they had the audacity to try and deduct money from the return. This is attempted theft. Wish I could upload photos here.
* In response to theirs, they were told that the packaging was fine, and that it was either manufacturing, or they sold me 2nd hand damaged repackaged unit. The phone calls recorded and emails prove this. I did write a code on a piece of paper. As says the card was worth over £200, and arrived damaged, so I see little relevance in stating this. Admin tried to go back on promise and make deductions, citing I had installed cpu cooler unit as reason. I could not get in direct contact with them, so needed to turn in on to see if it worked at all. Claiming that I damaged card while installing is just completely untrue, and if they felt that way then they had the opportunity to make this accusation through paypal, which they didn't, as it was untrue. Not only that never heard of refusing refund for installing component, although I did see this "rule" on their website after purchase. No other seller that I know of states this a prerequisite for a refund, especially when arriving faulty.
