Purchased two of their scooters. After about 1 month of owning it the motor stopped working. I was sent the part to fix it myself. After the replacement part I was sent didn’t resolve the problem I was told I needed to pay for the shipping to get the scooter back to them so they could resolve the problem. I now have a giant paper weight that resembles an electric scooter at my house. My advise is stay way from a company with a poor service plan

Gotrax did an excellent job of quickly getting my G4 scooter out to me. My son needed a scooter for to get back and forth to school and this was a game changer for him! The scooter is super well made, is strong and sturdy, has a lock to keep it protected, and goes many miles before the battery begins to wear down. Thank you Gotrax!!!

The website was pretty easy to navigate and find what suits me and the purchase went smoothly. The g4 is sturdy although I don’t like how the tires screech when I hit the brake.

The product I ordered was shipped very fast and is great. I really enjoy riding it. Also, the customer service is excellent.

I got this for my 8 year old son with Autism. He loves it. However the battery life is terrible. It’s great for kids who want to ride around the park a few times. But for kids who live in cities and like to actually RIDE. It’s really not compatible. We will need to look for an EBike that is more efficient for good rides. But it’s fun enough to use here and there.

We ordered the GXL V2 for my 11 year old son. It arrived yesterday and assembly was a breeze!

The scooter comes well-packaged and the instructions are super easy to follow. About 10 minutes after opening the box my guy was zipping up and down the street with a smile on his face!

Excellent build quality. We’ve had a few other brands of e scooters but the Go Trax GXL V2 is much better in terms of build quality.

Great response time and solution for a needed replacement console. Website wasn't helpful but A. Jones with customer service solved it very quickly. After waiting months, we'll now have the part in 2 days.

My initial order was never sent without explanation. 4 weeks without response. The 2nd went just fine
