We've been selling on Amazon for 11 years and recently had a random issue that was very serious that we could not get resolved on our own with Amazon Support. We hired these guys and they were great. They resolved our issue and we are very grateful to them for it! Basically our top sku was held up/lost in the FBA warehousing system and they were able to resolve it after we were unsuccessful on our own.

I reached out to the Got Suspended team because I had a KYC verification mismatch on my Amazon account and it was suspended because of it, they've been very helpful from our first call, it is clear that they have extensive knowledge about how Amazon's internal systems work. They managed to get my account unsuspended in 1 month, during this period they always kept me updated about the progress of their work, and our communication was on point. I have spent over 5 figures on other reinstatement agencies and I can name a few that I've worked with, C.J Rosenbaum, Thompson and Holt, Amazon Appeals Service, and thus far no one has gotten the results other than Got Suspended? They are very communicative, and will explain what happens internally inside Amazon, and explain what actions led me to my suspension. If you are a beginner in selling, you will encounter a lot of huddles and reinstatements shouldn't be one of them. Go to the best in the industry and learn from them as much as you can! I’ve used several reinstatement agencies and this is the only company that has been able to reinstate our seller accounts.
