Ordered 3 Australian Gold items, via TikTok, box arrived this morning containing only 1 item…..GottaGlow have ignored messages and will not accept refund request. Will never shop with this company again……wish I had read trustpilot reviews first as it appears they scam and steal from all customers

Ordered Australian gold tanning cream through this TikTok shop. Order hadn’t been sent and they won’t reply to messages. I’ve sent at least 6 and had no reply. Really annoying and a waste of my time! This business should close down and hopefully it will with all the negative reviews!

I have ordered before from this company with no issue. My recent order contained 3 different tanning creams and the only piece of information I had received since placing the order is that the order had been placed! No updates on whether it has been shipped or when it will arrive. Currently disputing the purchase as I had still not received my products A MONTH LATER. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I have no idea what happened but I used to love this site to get my creams on a really good deal, a damn shame! Welcome to recommendations for a new site with good deals on tanning creams 😅

Ordered product, claimed dispatched after 2 weeks once I contacted them, they had not sent it at all, contacted numerous times with NO response. Eventually had to do a chargeback to get my money returned. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They will not send anything. SCAM.

Ordered a cream over two weeks ago they took the money and have never received the items. Emailed several times no response and texted their tik tok account no response. Reported their page and filed for fraud with my bank.

Ordered Australian Gold cream from this company 3 weeks ago - delivery time was scheduled between 1 - 4 days. They don't respond to emails & I still have not received my product. My advise is to stay well clear of this company - absolute charlatans

Ordered previously in 2022, and received it quickly! I thought to purchased again from GottaGlow, I brought 3 creams and only received two. I have tried to contact them countless times through email and Instagram regarding this but have not received a response back.
