Appalling service
I purchased an item and waited for it to arrive after a week had passed and no communication I followed up a few times with calls and emails but had nothing back. A further week another message asking them to have the decency to update me, to which I simply got a refund email through. I asked why and no surprise I didn’t get a reply.

I’ve never received my ring
I’ve never received my ring, tried to contact shop via email, no help, they suggested that it’s probably royal mail issue which doesn’t solving my problem at all. Highly not recommend

We're so sorry that your ring didn't arrive. After being unable to track it down with Royal Mail we processed a full refund 9 days after you ordered the ring and the day after your email confirming your correct address. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience
