2 bottles were missing! But they were refunded.

The £150+ order was lost or stolen in transit but TCM refused to reship or refund the money. I had paid using a credit card and obtained a refund via the issuer/Mastercard.

Don't use other payment methods with these people.

Great selection of drinks, quick shipping, secure packaging and amazing customer service. Thanks for everything -- you've got a customer for life!

Note if ordering to Finland: UPS is a nightmare for deliveries, especially if you live in an apartment. I'd recommend using another delivery service if possible.

In the last 4 orders 1 was sent through FedEx and the rest with GLS even though I selected FedEx in all occasions. Every GLS shipping cost me an extra 20€ to go an collect the parcel as they don't do home delivery.
The last 2 years it all worked fine and shipments came home. Normally growing companies go from good service to better services.
Nice customer support, but it took them 1 month to not solve anything and I had to constantly write emails and calls for updates.
The other shipment was returned to them as I didn't want to pay another extra 20€. They still haven't returned the money and I don´t have the wine for Midsummer night party on the 21st of June.
The ordered was confirmed on the 14th of May.

Fast delivery. Excellent servicedesk. I had question about my delivery and they answered me within minutes by mail.

One bottle couldn't be deliverd. They ask me if I wanted something else or money back. 3 bankdays later the money was back in my account.

I'm not giving one star due the fact that everything ended well,
But the experience was TERRIBLE!!!
The bourbon bottle came open (How is that possible????)
Then I made a claim and they said that it was not their fault and there was no reinbursement....
I made a second claim (with stronger words) and they finally accepted...
Then it took 2 weeks to get the money back,
I had to make 2 more contacts because it was looking that they were forgetting the case...
Terrible experience....
I don't know how they have so many positive reviews, I wich I was one of them.

Fast and correct. Packaging is excellent.

They were advertising products that were out of stock. Took them nearly a week to tell me this and still advertising that same product the day after. Customer services not very helpful either .

Thank you for your response however you are now stating things that are not correct I did not demand a refund and a swap to a new bottle. I said you hadnt mentioned refunding the extra cost of the new item compared to the old out of stock item. You explained the new item was cheaper which I accepted. Please dont make up things if your english is not comprehending what is being asked of you. You system also informed me that my delivery was on its way when it hadnt even been picked at that point as the email I received about out of stock came after this. You informed me the item was out of stock yet the next day it was still on the system . That isnt a stock system failure - that is a human failure to change it to out of stock . And if you want the whole story I did in fact agree to a swap initially however after adding another bottle of Bols peach that you were advertising this then also miraculously went out of stock overnight. Thats now 2 items displayed as in stock when they were OOS. I am sorry you are not happy with your review and respect your right to defend it but your response needs to be accurate. Finally I only did this review not out of spite as you may think but because I was asked to review my recent purchase with you which as you know I did not have or receive. Once again this shows a flaw in your systems that this should not happen unless items are marked as delivered. May I respectfully suggest that instead of you firing off a response on here, you take the feedback and use it to improve where you are letting customers down. Your prices are good and your website clear but letting customers down after they have spent time chosing you is the top reason customers will not shop with you again. I DO know what I am talking about as I have run a number of multi million pound businesses before, some carrying 37000 lines in some cases. Take the emotion out of your response and look into what you CAN improve and understand how on earth i could give you anything other than 1 star as I didnt receive the stock and had a refund due to not one but a number of reasons as I stated to you in my email. You have my mobile number - it was on my emails to you when I did try to resolve it however you chose not to use it. This may not be the response you were hoping for however if it helps you to improve and stop it happening again then this will end up being a good thing.
