Was bought a voucher as a retirement present from work. Website told me book restaurant directly and then redeem voucher. Unable to redeem it. Phone number is just a recorded message. Please do not buy a voucher from here. They have presumably just pocketed the money that people gave so I could enjoy a meal. SCAM
SCAM. wasted £150. Restuarnts listed on website are 2 years out of date and don't take the vouchers. all the email addresses bouce back saying delivery failed. the phone number has recorded message saying email us! and you can't. terrible.
I would give this 0 stars if i could. We were bought a voucher for Christmas, but it is impossible to redeem. I followed all the steps, completed the redemption form, but it would not accept what I entered, stating incomplete redemption. This was not the case. This is an absolute scam, do not use this company. The website address on the voucher, gourmetguide.co.uk does not exist, neither does the email address. I tried to use the new address gourmetvouchers.com from a google search, where it is still possible to buy vouchers but not redeem them. If you call its just an answer phone telling you to use the non existent website and phone number.
This is a scam. We have £250.00 of worthless vouchers and no response from the company.
