Passport renewal - DON'T USE
Passport renewal... Never received and we were charged twice. We've requested a refund. We've also asked for them to destroy all information but I doubt that will happen.

Update: I am happy to report that the processing time was closer to the short end of the estimate (approx 2 weeks). Thanks for the relief, and the compensation.😊 i'm happy with the final results.
There was no up front statement that this was an outside service. The fee stated was for the service, not including additional fees and the additional cost of the passport itself. I ended up spending twice the amount I had budgeted.
Also, I assumed when my information was accepted and was told it was being processed, that it was being processed. No... they waited 10 business days to begin processing. The estimated shipping date was 6 days after my scheduled departure.
I did call 3 weeks in advance of departure to check the status. I was happy to be told it was in my mailbox. It was! Reduced my stress level...

GovAssist is not a government agency, and we do not present ourselves as one. We operate as a private, third-party service that assists with application preparation, document review, and guidance throughout the passport process, similar to how a travel agency or tax preparer supports submissions without being the issuing authority.
All applicants are informed prior to payment that our service fee is separate from the government fee, which must be paid directly to the appropriate authority. This is disclosed throughout the application flow and acknowledged via the required Third-Party Authorization before checkout.
