I paid $377 but unavoidably had to cancel the application. I sent the request for cancellation through the chat on the website before I received any communication and followed up with the email provided under the refund policy providing all the requested information.Nothing had been processed but I received an email that I could not be refunded as my request had been allocated and reviewed shortly after my submission. Does this review warrant a full fee payment? It seems that there is no refund once you apply for this service and it would be important for clients to be aware as they apply for the service
It was a quick submission with no unnecessary details. Thanks for making it crisp and clear
**Title:** $318.99 paid
'Title:' $318.99 paid, no real assistance, only automated responses – refund refused
I paid $318.99 to Go Visa Europe for visa assistance, expecting genuine support with my application. In reality, I received no meaningful service and had to complete the entire process by myself.
After making the payment, there was no real guidance or hands-on help. The information provided was minimal and no different from what is freely available online, which does not justify the fee charged.
When I tried to get support, the only responses I received were automated replies. There was no proper customer service or personalised assistance at any stage.
Given that no genuine service was provided, I requested a refund. This was refused, without any attempt to address the lack of assistance or the reliance on automated responses.
This experience feels highly misleading. Customers are led to believe they are paying for expert help, but may instead receive little more than generic information and autoresponses.
I am now considering escalating this matter through my bank/credit card provider due to the lack of service provided.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before paying for this service.
The process is very simple and straightforward
Its not confusing which i really appreciate
Zero service, big scam.stole my money
