I have mixed feelings, but overall this business is expensive and doesn't compare to anything online or any of the chemist warehouse businesses. I was happy to pay the extra for personal service and have spent hundreds to date, but I am sick of the sour faced unfriendly lady who manages it or owns it. And today I went to refill a bottle of alkaline water that they supply and don't remember getting a card but had my original brochure and receipt and the empty bottle and she basically said …… bad luck u need the card, its not part of our business, just a stand out the front, guess u have lost your money!

Unnecessary! Could have given me contact details for that business to see if I could get a replacement. Or shown a tiny bit of interest, there were no other customers in the store. Give it up if you don't like dealing with people anymore.

I placed an order online, which i needed for Christmas, it took this company 7 days to tell me they did not have it in stock, even though it is still listed for sale on their website.
I am now struggling to get this item in time for Christmas
Really, really disappointing customer service!
I wont be shopping at their store ever again
