Easy to complete forms online

Very easy to complete forms online. Reviews were good. Haven't needed to use the insurance yet, so... so far so good!

Professional employee

I took out a policy for my son and made a mistake which I couldn't rectify myself. I contacted Govivid and spoke with Graham who was a breath of fresh air. He spent the time to sort out the issue calmly and professionally with the result I needed. After this experience I would certainly recommend this company and thank Graham for his dedicated approach relieving my stress.

I was with another Breakdown cover…

I was with another Breakdown cover provider for a few years but they kept increasing their prices, I checked out a few online sites and stumbled on GoVivid, got a quote that was half the cost of my usual company and the way things are with cost increases thought I would give them a chance, I hope I never need them but its peace of mind knowing you have cover, just in case.

good service once call answered

once recovery was FINALLY despatched, it took a long time to arrive as it had come from NW london to SE london?? recovery agent-ADR(Mohammed & Alz) were fantastic- friendly,professional & efficient. initiating call out was frustratingly hard work, ages for call to be answered & then ask a whole array of unnecessary ridiculous questions such as what is my drive made of?? however eventually got past that & all was well. good service once call was answered & interrogation completed.

Applied for my motor breakdown cover at govivid
found them very reasonably priced unlike my other previous cover with another firm.
Never used this company before so time will tell if they are as good as their advert says then I will use them again application form very straightforward payment went through easy.
