Working with GOV+ was a difficult…
Working with GOV+ was a difficult process, it started from taking my picture, the system would not accept the pictures I took and in the end I had to go the Walgreen for a picture, once I submitted my passport, the Passport Services declined my request, when I asked them why, they said that the form I submitted was outdated, I told them that I went through GOV+ to get the document to submit, they informed me that GOV+ is not a government entity and suggested that I submit a package through my local Post Office, I asked about the $130.00 processing fee, they told me it was non-refundable and I will have to pay an additional $130.00 when I submit my new package. I called the number for GOV+ for some answers, I got an AI entity who ran me through a bunch of questions to figure out what went wrong, I asked for a refund for the services I paid for that didn't result in me getting a passport, it said that if haven't been in the past seven days, it would more than likely be denied. I will never use GOV+ for any type of services again... Buyer Beware...

bad experience it feels more lime a scaminI used GOV+ for a passport service and the experience was very confusing and frustrating. I was charged multiple times and it was not clear which payment was for the government fee and which was for their service fee. The website can make it seem like you are dealing directly with an official government agency, when in reality it is a private company charging additional fees. Customer support did not clearly explain the charges, and the overall process caused unnecessary stress. I would recommend people carefully review all fees before using this service and compare it with applying directly through the official government website.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 👎
