Easy to operate great deals

Ordered oakleys and it was flagged by ups as damaged. I contacted ups they told me it that wasn't damaged and that there was actually nothing in the box and provided pictures of a perfectly intact box that didn't look to be tampered with but was infact empty like they said. So they returned it to Govx, dont blame them. However when I contacted Govx they told me they dont do reships.... great, except yall forgot the most important part... shipping my product. Anyways I took the refund and went to place a new order for the same pair and found that the discount offer I had used is no longer available. Real nice! Been a longtime customer of Govx but not anymore.

I have placed an order online on GOVX and the shipping was supposed to be free and the total showed 226 dollars but when I paid I was charged 254 dollars and I did NOT agree or authorize this amount
These people and company are a bunch of scammers
Be careful and stay away from this fraud company
And when I tried to cancel the order just one minute after placing the order there was NO option to cancel and when I connected with them they refused to cancel the order
I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company
I will also be complaining to the Better Business Bureau
An update to my review
GOVX has done NOTHING to resolve the issues
They sent me a used worn out shoes and the other missing item they never sent a replacement
I ordered 2 BRAND NEW ITEMS but what they sent me was ONLY ONE item that is used and worn out and the other item I NEVER received and they refuse to refund me or send me replacements. This is a scammer company. They will take your money and never send the merchandise and never refund you and if they send anything it would be a used and worn out item and other missing items from the order

The worst experience ever. Just trying to get 5'11 Tactical Pants . Wrong size shipped back took 2 weeks to enter order only after hounding them. Been 1 1/2 months and received a Under Armour shirt instead of order placed and paid for. Customer service is no help

Easy to order and quick service.

I thought I used a discount promotion and I hadn't after I ordered. I asked for help and was very happy to get a credit for the discount. I appreciate what GOVX does and what they stand for. God Bless America !!!!

Awful awful awful!!! Do not trust this company. Do not give them your info or money. Stay away from their fraudulent passport service, which is not. They will try to manipulate and gaslight you. Beware. Much better companies out there for same.

I recently booked a Marriott stay through GovX for July 2025. Within minutes of booking, I realized I had selected the wrong city. Despite calling immediately and the stay being six months away, GovX was completely unwilling to assist. While I understand I checked a "non-refundable" box, their "matter-of-fact" refusal to help with a mistake caught in real-time was disappointing. Furthermore, they refused to disclose which third-party provider they used or provide a hotel-specific confirmation number, making it impossible for me to coordinate with Marriott directly (where I hold Gold Status). I took responsibility for my mistake, but other platforms like Expedia or booking directly offer far more grace and transparency. I won't be using GovX for travel again.
