Our group of 7 used Dai as a private guide for one full day of touring in Tokyo while visiting in April 2026. Dai worked with us in developing a plan to visit the different sites that we were interested in. He met us at our hotel first thing in the morning, and we walked, took the subway and trains to get around Tokyo. Dai did a great job in providing information about the different sites we saw during our time with him in Tokyo. At a market he directed us to a seller that had items that some of us were interested in buying. We all thought he did a great job and would highly recommend using Dai.

The website is clean, clear, and very easy to navigate. Finding and booking a guide was straightforward, and the prices seemed fair. Through GoWithGuide, I found Nazmiyeh, who was an amazing guide in Istanbul and made our trip even more enjoyable. A smooth experience from start to finish. I would happily use GoWithGuide again.

Thanks to Helena for the tour of Kutná Hora. Five hours flew by – everything was perfect that day: the good weather and our general mood. Hangzhou is a beautiful city and Ben W. was an excellent guide. Met us at the train station and took us to all the important sites during our time there. Was very accomodative and knowledgeable. His English is excellent (you will need an English speaking guide to navigate the city). Definitely five stars.

The guide Yama san, was punctual, had a great command of the English language and was organised. He explained the history and customs very well so that I could understand easily. We visited Edo Period Museum which I found interesting, then bought quality specific Sumo souvenirs from a quaint family run shop nearby and finished off with the beautiful and relaxing Kiyosumi Japanese Gardens. Was a lovely 3 hour tour.

My Utsunomiya and Nikko Tour

We wanted to get a glimpse into the Tokyo that tourists don't normally see. Tourists typically miss many quiet neighborhoods and miss how the people of Tokyo live their daily lives. We felt it was important to learn about the history of the city and its people and Melody did a fantastic job helping us meet our goal. He was great at working with us to customize our time with him. We couldn't have asked for a better tour!

She's excellent! My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Chiaki from the first minute to the end.

She's very sharp, thoughtful, well Organized, experienced and very friendly.

Prior to our trip, she had contacted us to know about what we would like to do, where we would like to see, to go. From there she suggested the primary, more Interesting things, popular places, a plan would be better for us.
