We booked a private van for 6 people…
We booked a private van for 6 people plus luggage from the Port of Miami to Miami Airport. Driver sent a text with instructions and communications were clear and concise. We ended getting off the ship earlier than anticipated but this wasn’t an issue since the driver was already in the area. We walked out of the terminal and straight to the waiting van. Driver was very courteous and helpful. Couldn’t have gone smoother, we’ll definitely use this service again when flying/cruising from Miami

Our driver, Zak
Our driver, Zak, was in constant contact, via text messages, with us during our flight from Texas to Florida! Our flight had delays but he followed us all the way to baggage claim where he greeted us with much kindness. Our arrival was after midnight and his concern for our safety with hotel checkin and our room met our satisfaction before he left us was "beyond the call of duty". We will definitely use their services on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale! Hopefully, Zac will be our driver because we will ask for him specifically! He is an honorable man and represents the company very well. We're 100% pleased with that.

Only thing I would recommend would be more details inspections of working seat belts and vehicle maintenance.

Very Professional and Helpful
They were flexible with me arriving late due to traffic and they were very helpful!! I forgot to drop off my rental key and they dealt with it for me. The driver was very professional and communicated excellently! I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone looking for a transport service.

The service was OUTSTANDING!
The service was outstanding, Sam was very friendly, helped us accommodating ALL our baggage (we are moving to the US, so imagine how many bags!!!). And not only that, he gave me a ride to the Car Rental Center where I was going to pick a car for the month, and took my family safely to our destination. It’s so good to meet truly committed professionals like Sam, that made this very best to welcome me and my family. Thank you very much for everything!

Melvin, the driver was excellent!
The only complement would be that we were not told that they would have sign with our name inside the airport. We were that they would waiting for us at the ground transportation area. So we wasted time in trying to find the driver. I had to ask somebody to give a call to the driver.

you listed a service for 10 passenger and 10 luggage and we were 5 passenger with 7 big luggage plus carry on
