The website was easy to use, and when I wrote an email I got a response pretty fast.

I ordered a yo-yo from them which was listed as responsive, but I received an unresponsive one. However, their customer service was fantastic, so I got a free bearing replacement, without any hassle, and they are resolving the issue with the yo-yos.

Great experience with this company. Really easy order process, prompt delivery and great product. I also got some friendly advice on the local yo-yo community and upcoming events. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you 🙂

Purchased a Yo-Yo and it arrived in super quick time. Quality is excellent (metal) and the colours on the Yo-Yo really pop. Included with the Yo-Yo was a glove, 5 bright strings a small soft bag to carry the Yo-Yo in. I made an error and ordered an unresponsive one and contacted the Goyoyo team. I had a reply within the hour offering to help and and after a couple of exchanges I was able to order a small kit which will turn my unresponsive Yo-Yo to a responsive one. If you want experts who know what they are talking about when you want to buy a Yo-Yo, come to Goyoyo. Dont just buy some tat off of Amazon or Ebay. This is a brilliant UK company and with their enthusiasm, knowledge and customer service you should only use them. The Yo-Yo's build quality is exceptional and i know last many years.

This is a yoyo shop that is run by yoyoers for yoyoers. The service cannot be faulted. Great communication and really fast delivery. I would say that Goyoyo is one of the very best suppliers available with a really friendly service.

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my grandson,
when placing the order my phone pedicted my old address, therefore thats where it was delivered and returned by the now, new owner. I needed this before Christmas so immediatly contacted Daniel, the supplier, he was extremely understanding and sent it straight to me free of postage.
It is a breath of fresh air to find a compant who cares, and is not out for all they can get. Large corporates should take note. A big thank you to Goyoyouk.
