One of the worst travel agency with almost no customer service

I booked a ticket with GoZayaan and tried to reschedule it a month later. Their customer support quoted a price higher than the original ticket, claiming an upgrade in class was required due to airline policy. However, they couldn't provide any reference to this policy, and when I checked with the airline, no such rule existed. GoZayaan's support failed to explain the pricing clearly and gave vague responses. In the end, I had to cancel the ticket because buying a new one was cheaper. It seems they push you to pay more or cancel to keep extra fees. Avoid using GoZayaan.

Absolute Rubbish! They don’t even deserve 1⭐️, trust me!
My flight got 6h delay. Airlines authority said they have sent this information 4 days ago. GoZayaan didn’t even inform us. A complete package of scammers! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Worst experience. I have tried to reschedule my flight and try to contact their support as well. They replied me after a day with no Information. Our flight was delayed but they gave us no information about it. Not recommended at all

If I could give a lower one I would’ve given that! Pathetic company with customer service representatives who just play with words and make customers feel valued until you’ve made the payment for booking with them. The moment you pay, your scammed. Flight cancellations unexpected delays and you need to rebook whilst paying more money. When you book new flight with them, surprisingly the one that cancelled gets resumed!!! And if you don’t book another flight from them and ask for refund, they take a century to process it. Never trust GOZAYAAN!!!
