I have completed my three contract then went to a year with auto renews. The company wouldn’t work with me when I was looking for another mgmt company software and they said they prefer one company over another. So per my contract I had to give 60 days notice which took me up to my renewal but they said I couldn’t transition to a new company so they charged me $1096.47 as a cancellation fee. Seems excessive when my renewal was so close. Terrible company - don’t use.
This place is very wrong. They stole 92 dollars from me
Not a legitimate business! Liars, scammers, and cheaters. I can't wait until the case finally closes and they lose their entire sham empire.
This is a mormon run money siphoning scheme that keeps adding to their 100 billion dollar hoard under the guise of being a "rental payment system".
Just be unfortunate enough to have been "chosen" by them and see how "paying your rent" goes from then on out (it won't, they'll charge you insane and constant fees just to try to pay rent, and they'll try to make you think you didn't pay and prove it with bank statements)
Customer service don’t care about your credit score and just want your money.
I have lived in this apartment for six months, now and have yet to experience a "clean" month. Local management tells me they must "post" each month's rent and utilities after the first of the following month. Sometimes this has resulted in charges not being posted until several days after the first. Auto pay has yet to work correctly for me. Most recently, Auto pay tried to draft my bank account on the third of the month, but there were no charges on my account yet, so Auto pay did not draft my account, yet I will be assessed late fees if the rent is not paid by the 6th of the month. As of today, the 4th of the month, there are still no charges on my account, so I went to the leasing office and manually paid my rent in order to avoid the late fees. This system is worthless!
I set up an automatic payment for my building’s management company. Every now and then, the price of maintenance changes, so I change the payment amount. I recently changed it for the new price, and the payment was of the old price. I’m on the phone waiting for a representative to speak to and I’m on hold for nearly 20 minutes. This company is terrible. I changed the amount on the website, and now I don’t know if I’m going to have to pay a penalty because of this.
