GPI Europe is located in Bratislava, Slovakia and first became clients of my company, SK Service, where we provide GPI Europe with all services related to tax and accountancy. After working with GPI I found out in more depth the GPI Europe services and what they recommend to their clients, and understanding that I wanted to become one of their clients too. Now I can say that it was a good decision of mine. George and Olga have explained and introduced to me the “ world of saving money “, which was absolutely not known to me before and they have managed it in an excellent way for me.

What is, for me, also important to mention is that Olga and George have not just become good clients of mine but also good friends.

More than 20 years ago a friend recommended to me the financial advisory services of GPI. I have never regretted the decision to avail of their expertise.

I had private personal pensions back in UK which was not performing and almost Zero % .

Darin went to great lengths to ensure I fully understood any undertakings and processes, so that I could make informed decisions during my pension fund transfer. He clearly explained the benefits and risks and guided me through the legal and commercial aspects.

GPI has managed my finances since the mid-90s and, especially, since I retired in 2003 with over 90% of my pension paid to me as a lump sum. Together with stock options (all now redeemed) this has to last me for the rest of my life.

When my late, first wife received a terminal diagnosis in 2006 she wanted to make long-term provision for our grandson (shortly to be two) and nephew and niece (shortly to be three). When I re-married, my new wife brought three sons into our family (one seriously disabled). Two of my stepsons have families (currently four children; shortly to be five). The vehicle originally chosen was a trust fund for each child. Reporting requirements having become more onerous over time, the management cost for the funds became disproportionately high. GPI recognised this, sought out a much lower cost approach and have managed the discussions with the trust funds' managers, my wife, my son and me. We amicably reached an agreement to close the trust funds and move them to a different, lower cost, financial management system. GPI handled all of the paperwork to make this re-structuring as easy as possible. The personalised approach, the constant attention to the impact of external changes and the attention to detail throughout the process are what I appreciate. Oh! and the growth of the fund is just what we all want for the children.

Ashleigh is a consummate professional who is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects of her role. She is totally dedicated and gives 100% customer service at all times giving me tremendous comfort and piece of mind for my future investments and pension plans. I have recommended her, without hesitation, to family, friends and work colleagues who have all subsequently experienced a similar, first class service.

Excellent service, The team at GPI offered me great advise on my investment, I am very happy on how it is performing .

Very bad investment management. At the beginning I was told that they will earn me money on my investment. In fact I lost around 20% of investment due to the fees. I was sure that margin from my investiment management will cover their fees. George told me 10 years ago: "we will earn you more". In fact I lost part of money invested. And now I have to wait another 5 years to take my money with even more losses since I cannot take them now - I will have to pay penalty. Does not worth it.
