BEWARE!!! This is a BIG SCAM
I want to share my bad experience with GPLDownloads.com. I bought a plugin from them, but there was no download link. I contacted their Support, but they never replied.
Be careful if you're thinking about buying from this site. They didn't give me what I paid for, and their customer service is non-existent. I'd call this a scam. Remember to read reviews before you shop online.

GPL Downloads is the best
GPL Downloads is the best with there service and product delivery. I would recommend them to anyone that want to be part of the GPL Downloads family. I purchased my unlimited membership with them and when they changed to there new website structure my account was off, I have emailed them and they restored and fixed my account in 2 days time and I could use my membership again. Hats off to these guys. Thank you GPL Downloads for your swift service.

No download links just scam.
I bought a theme and haven't received a download link. For some reason PayPal wasn't working, could be so that they won't deal with PayPal cases.
The downloads section is still empty two hours later. And they don't reply to the ticket. I consider having lost my money to these guys.
The FAQ section has just dummy content(a sign of scam website).
(edit) The support replied 6 hours later saying that the file link is ready. I checked and nothing was there. The link was added almost a day after. Hope the file is good

APPALLING SERVICE
Bought two plugins from GPL Download - one did not work and the other was removed entirely from my downloads.
After logging a ticket, the seller initially agreed to provide me with a replacement plugin, but when the time came for this, they had deleted my support ticket altogether. Good thing I took screenshots beforehand!
After emailing them, they asked me to create a ticket - AGAIN - and the support was now infuriating slow.
I ultimately decided to log a dispute via PayPal and the seller, who was now panicking, promised me TWO replacement plugins in return as compensation ONLY if I closed the dispute.
After doing so, the downloads were inaccessible and later removed entirely.
I have not received my full refund for both plugins nor have I received the two replacement plugins that was promised!
The only way forward is if I now receive FOUR replacement plugins (two replacement plugins for the plugin they deleted and two replacement plugins for the plugin that did not work) as it has been OVER TWO months with no resolution whatsoever!

They reply ticket that's good
They reply ticket that's good. But they don't update plugins and themes regularly. Also when I asked for an theme update they keep me waiting 1 week. Still they don't update that theme. I am currently planning for a refund.

Outdated plugins, even no updates on email request as there are no ways to contact them otherwise.
Newer versions promoted but older in background.
Incorrect files or folders.
But they anyway don't react or even reply on anything.
Page overloaded and unfunctional by advertising.
