Wp-Form pro

I bought "WP Form Pro" from this website, unfortunately, this is not a pro plugin, it is simply a free one. I sent an email and got no response.

I wrote about elementskit by mistake bcz I purchased this from the other site. I thought I buyed this plugin from your site. As soon as I relaised this, I changed that comment.

I am a genuine buyer and I have a genuine problem, the plugin that I downloaded from your site was the free one. Please stop lecturing and fix my problem.

You guys responded to my first email, not on the second one.

As I checked you bought WP Form Pro and we didn't get any issue about that. So I just request you don't write these fake reviews about our site.

Before this you wrote that you bought elementkits and after this reply you changed it to Wp form and I also checked that you download the plugin and we replied your email within 24 hours and fic the issue. Again I request you don't put these fake reviews. Just because of guys like you people see these fake reviews and they pay too much money on other sites. So this is humble request tell them insted of giving money for fake reviews use that money to improve their services.

Awful Service

Awful service. No response from customer care no update of the products nothing. I wish I could give them zero or negative rating.

I had to edit my review because there is no other way to respond their reply to my review.
They replied my review with a fake response. No one contacted me on their website nor solved any of my issue. Still got unlicensed outdated plugin. They just posted it fake in reply of my review. Bunch of liars. I guess they got all the five star reviews similarly.

Experience is good but gpl factor…

Experience is good but gpl factor navigation is not good even after we login we see many bugs like a unregistered user sees. Dome time plugin search not work properly. Few things need to fix to get 5 rating.
