poor customer experience

1) Impossible to cancel an order, because I ordered a 58 size frameset which is « non standard or custom order» , crazy or maybe in Spain no one is 1m85 high.
2) Following a tiny deffect on the frameset received I have contacted Specialized who told me it is a defect that can open a guarantee request and to ask the seller to open a request. GR100 replied to go to a shop however the deffect was my fault and happened during frame set up.
Very poor customer experience, I don’t recommend this seller.
